Very pleased! Eveyone so nice

I have seen dermatologists in the past and have been disappointed by their so called full body exam BUT I changed to Hecker Dermatology and today 10/15/21 and had the most in-depth and intensive full body exam I have ever had. I felt at the end that I finally had a proper body exam !! I saw TORY, the nurse practitioner and she is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. She explained what I had and what we are going to do about it. I will see her again and so should you !! She is terrific !!

Nobody was allowed to sit in the waiting room. We had to sit out in our cars. It was total overkill. What is wrong with theses people. They are wimps. The room could have held at least but it was empty.

It’s been a while since I have had such outstanding customer service. All the staff was so friendly and helpful specially April!

Dr. Melanie is absolutely PHENOMENOL! Wonderful doctor and a very caring, considerate and gracious person. My daughter has had a history of work here and I can't say enough about Dr. Melanie and Hecker Dermatology! Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service, disgusting office, and overall terrible experience. Beyond rude receptionist to where I overheard an elderly woman pouring her heart out about how she doesn’t have much money after her husband passed and she doesn’t want to have her card information out there while the receptionist completely disregarded the woman while making rude remarks and the woman walked out very upset. The receptionist woman was very rude to me also. I go back to see the doctor and the room was about 15x15 sq foot to where the nurse, the doctor, and myself could barely fit in the room at the same time. The room was very cluttered to the point of claustrophobia and at that point I wouldn’t anyone near me to get a biopsy.

No way in hell — they have one of the most incompetent office help I’ve ever dealt with let alone try and get in touch with them by phone - I tested positive for skin cancer come to find out he doesn’t do the surgery so he recommended I go to another dermatologist doctor to get a Mohs procedure done - so far it’s taken over a week to get my records forwarded to my primary doctor so I can get an authorization and appointment with another dermatologist who will do the work— all I get is excuses as to why they ( the office) hasn’t been able to send my records— There is no excuse in the world why my medical records cannot be sent in less than a day or a day to another doctor I call it incompetence and a lack of professionalism -

Receptionist is extremely rude. I did not want to leave a credit card on file with thierr office which I don’t do at any other my doctors office. I expected to pay my copay by credit card back t did not wish to leave my card on file. This was not communicated to be when I booked my appointment. I will find another doctor.

MSH is a consummate professional.

Our1st experience and it was outstanding from the staff to Dr Hecker. They are all very kind, helpfull and definitely caring. Great job!!! And thank you.
