Hina Gupta's Online Review Report Card

The Dr Gupta needs someone in the QC department to listen to the calls I called to schedule an appointment the girl that answers the phone had an attitude she was snapping on me for no reason just because I asked a question after she said someone from Dr Gupta was going to call me back to schedule the appointment

I was schedule to have an allergy test in July 27th 2022, Dt Gupta assistente told me that I was not supposed to take any medicine on the week before the test. On July 23/2022 I was sick and I have to go to the doctor that prescribed antibiotics and on July/25th I call the clinic (Dr Gupta) to cancel the test since I was taking the medicines, I cancel the test but the next day I was receiving text messages asking me to confirm the appointment for allergy test on the next day, I called them again and I canceled for the second time. The call center responsible for the schedule did not report Dr Gupta assistente and they stat sending me bills charging me for a fee due a not showing appointment. I tried to call them many times to resolve the situation but nobody could help me and I had to return to Dr Gupta office to talk about the situation, the assistant did not trust me and asked me for the hospital report the days that I was sick, I went to the hospital and got all the reports (3 times I had to go to the hospital that week and I had to take 3 diferentes antibiotics) I just returned to Dr Gupta assistente and gave to her all the reports and even with all the reports proving that I was not able to take the test she said I have to wait because she will talked to the manager and she will call me any time next week. So unfair and waisting time and vary bad costumer care.

I was referred to Dr. Gupta by another ENT who suggested I have surgery to correct a deviated septum. After my visit I was told that they had to clear a procedure with my insurance and would get back to me. No one did. I called to follow up and again I was told they would get back to me. In total I waited over a month and no response. I called again and waited to speak to to someone who had answers and not just take a message. I was moving out of the country in 30 days and felt that there was no time to do the surgery and follow up. Spoke to someone today again who assured me someone would but they never did.

Wasted my time coming to Dr Gupta who I informed her and her assistant of my ongoing nasal issues and what I was looking to get done as I have gone to two previous ENTs who made mention of needing septoplasty however I could not get it done at the time because I did not have a ride home. I told her about this situation as well. She encouraged me to allow her to start from scratch even after looking in my nostrils and seeing exactly what was said at the previous doctor however this time it was even worse as she made mention of seeing she couldn’t even fit the camera through my nostril the first time. My visit yesterday she acted as if she knew nothing about my health issues and that the notes her assistant left was not noted correctly and she then suggested that she look in my nose again which she gave me another recommendation which again included some form of septoplasty but she refused to do it because she said that it could come w bleeding and complications and she wouldn’t want me to be unhappy and I needed to find a doctor I could trust which was the reason I went in the first place. I even insisted on taking her own recommendation and allowing her to be the one to complete the procedure and she denied. As nice as the assistants are at the front once you speak to the doctor that’s where things go left. She is full of herself and only cares to talk over you even if you have questions. She told me after her recommendation of needing the surgery and seeing nasal obstruction that I should go back to the doctor I originally came from to get the surgery even afterI told her why I didn’t complete the surgery to begin with. Which was only due to not having a ride and having issues w that doctor in the end because she was mad that I “wasted” her time by not having a ride to take me home once the surgery was done. Dr Gupta still recommended that I should get another opinion even after hearing from 2 other ENTS and now her that I needed surgery to help w my breathing. Based on personal experience I wouldn’t recommend making her your ENT ever she runs you around in circles and then continues to ask what nasal medications she’s tried even though she has your chart right in front of her face. Seems like she just wants the money from the insurance companies.

Dr. Gupta is very capable, and knows her stuff. She took excellent care of my father, and her assistants are great. That said, going to the office was a total train wreck! No matter what time we got there, we waited anywhere from one to three and a half hours. The office staff are very rude and condescending. Also. I am pretty sure they don't take you in the order you arrived.

They are amazing❗️❗️❗️ Everytime I have an appointment the staff is super friendly and Dr. Gupta is an amazing physician ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The office staff was cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Gupta was very good to. They all treated me like I was A special person.

Doctor Hina and the staff were very professional, courteous and attentive to my health problems and very helpful in more ways than one. I highly recommend Doctor Hina and her staff.
