I’ve been a patient of Dr Rosenthal’s for over 10 years and I appreciate his knowledge, compassion, and kindness. It’s comforting to have such high confidence in his teaching and treatments. His nurses have always been very caring and communication ( phone or office visits) is excellent when I have a question or need a task done. I always recommend Dr Rosenthal to my friends and acquaintances.

I like the doctor. The staff that he had on my previous years was attentive and very professional. Where are they now? The lady scheduling the appointment for the surgical procedure was snappy, rolled her eyes at me, mouthed the “s” word, and became hostile when I asked a question about the documents I was signing. I know it’s currently difficult to find good employees but no patient should be subjected to this. It makes me uneasy to move forward.

Dr does Not rush you out.,most drs today don’t allow you enough time to explain yourself. Always on the run to the next patient. I appreciate the dr taking time to listen and making lots of questions.

Waited 6 weeks with diarrhea for a pre-colonoscopy tele-visit. Dr Rosenthal was 90 minutes late for the video appointment, did not apologize and rushed through the visit. Upon completion of the visit he told me to stay on and someone would come on and schedule the procedure. After 10 minutes the screen went blank. The following day someone called and scheduled the colonoscopy 6 weeks out. A few days later I got a call from his office advising I had to come in and sign documents before 9am. I explained I was unable to come I at that hour and asked if I could sign when I came in for the procedure & she said no. I then called a few other GI Drs in the Boca Raton area and was refused appointments because they said I was Dr Rosenthal’s patient. Apparently they all belong to a group called Gastro Health. I finally rescheduled with Dr Robert Melman who was excellent and thankfully not a member of Gastro Health. I would not recommend Dr Rosenthal’s poorly managed practice to anyone.

Very caring and attentive. Dr. Rosenthal and Nurse Patricia Fox were wonderful and very professional. They made me feel very comfortable and eased any anxiety I had before and after the endoscopy. The whole staff is ideal. The facility is pristine. PERFECT !

Went for my first visit and was immediately told he was 4 hours behind. Impatient with me. Uncaring and hardly listened and kept saying he was 4 hours behind

I had a mass detected on my pancreas and Doctor Rosenthal knew exactly who I should see and what procedure to have. Very good at follow up. Wants to make sure I get the right help with the right Doctors.
