Some time quite a bit back, I tried to see the doctor for an ear infection. She refused to look at my ear unless I submitted to a full body, undressed physical. She lied (confirmed by my insurance company) and told me that unless I had the physical the insurance company wouldn't allow her to treat my ear. I ended up having to go back to work with horrific pain and visited an emergency clinic after work. The doctor had crumbs all over her coat and was super unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Respectfully, screw who ever answers the phones at this establishment. Extremely unprofessional unwelcoming. A new patient calling for information and you’re more concerned with hanging up the phone in a timely manner. Good luck going here 👍🏼

I have been going to Jacueline A.Maynard, MD for the last few years and she has been fabulous. Thanks to Dr. Maynard's guidence, I have managed to get myself into much better health. Dr. Maynard is very caring,personable and professional. I look foward to all my visits thanks to Dr Maynard and her incredibly friendly staff !

I remember Dr Margaret Starr when she had employee by the name of Kenneth McCoy that robbed her of 200, 000 dollars now he is still in prison doing 15 yrs he will get out June/02 / 2021

I had been going to Dr. Starr for years off and on, I went to Maynard probably once this year after hearing complaints of her service from an eye doctor. I was advised to find another Dr. I needed a routine physical and was denied it. She seems to want to charge for every little thing. She wanted me to come in every 3 months, needless to say I missed a recent appointment because my mother died and was to be buried the day of my appointment, I asked them did they want to see the obituary. I was told she would not do the appt for that purpose. I regret ever giving her a chance to provide me with health services. Go else where she is only in it for the money. This only gets a one because I like one of the staff members there.
