As a Doctor Of Physical Therapy of over 25 years I can only say great things about Dr Maria. She is not only super empathetic and caring she is innovative and forward thinking about solutions that are outside of traditional pills and injections and always considers the integrative solutions that patients desire. I rarely give five star reviews so I felt compelled to share my personal experience with anyone who needs a professional who really looks at you as a person not just a back or neck or knee

Dr. Cristancho is an excelent doctor, care about her pacients, she focus in a multimodal treatment, always looking for a safe and permanent recovery

She always listens to your concerns and then discusses options with you to solve the issues.

Dr. Cristancho is personable and appears to be knowledgable in pain management. She is also overly conservative and requires patients to abstain from critical heart medication prior to procedures. For example, she would not perform an epidural injection because I had not abstained from medications (80 mg aspirin) for a full week. I had epidurals in the past and I never had to abstain from meds for so long and put myself at risk of cardiac arrest or stroke. Moreover, another doctor in the same group did not require a week long abstention from aspirin. For this reason, I would not recommend her.
