I have been coming to Dr Hecker for many years! Just have to say how amazing the entire staff and Dr Hecker are! There is never a long wait to see the doctor! The personalized care given is most appreciated! They listen to my concerns with care and attention! Always with a solution. I highly recommend for the entire family!

Dr. Hecker has treated me and my family for years. She is clinically one of the most solid dermatologists in the South Florida area. Our family had an emergency last weekend and she took time from her busy schedule to fit us in and make sure we were treated immediately. I cannot say enough about her practice and her as a provider. Thank you Dr. Hecker for being an asset to your specialty.

Don’t listen to other reviewers , she is highly qualified and runs a great practice. I have been going to Dr Hecker for years. My appointments are always quick and she always gives me an in depth explanation to any issues. Highly recommend her skin care products!

I have nothing but positive experiences every visit to Hecker Dermatology. I have been seen multiple times by Tori, nurse practitioner who is absolutely amazing. Tori is extremely thorough in her exam of my never ending issues of things popping up on my ever so sensitive skin. My last visit I asked if there was anything She could recommend for my aging hooded eyes other than surgery. I have been using Alastin now for several weeks with wonderful success. The staff is also amazing. Every call I make I’m greeted very professionally and my needs are taken care of immediately. I have been seen by many dermatologists over the last 40+ years; I now have found the perfect office who put their patients first without aggressive tactics. I also like that they have products available for purchase in their office if you are willing to try alternatives they offer. Hands down a great Dermatologist office!

They have very shady billing practices. Mediocre bedside manner. BEWARE of "extra charges" that are not filed with insurance. And before you come back with your "we have no one by your name in our system," this was for my husband's appointment. You owe us $85.01. It was NEVER filed with Florida Blue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE! The woman at the front desk is extremely abrasive, and they are making patients pay out of pocket for things they never file with the insurance. *UPDATE 6/14/22* It took them ONE YEAR to respond and this is how they take accountability for their shady billing practices: "Charles, we have used the same billing company for 23 years. They have an impeccable reputation. They are consummate professionals and know the ins and outs of billing for Derm. I believe this is more an issue that you do not understand your insurance and possibly secondary insurance. We regret your experience.." They knew they were caught with fraudulent billing because they did finally refund us what they owed us WHEN OUR INSURANCE COMPANY STEPPED IN. And BTW, "Melanie," I am fully aware of how my insurance works. You're just upset that you got caught. There's a reason you have SO MAY one star reviews - you SUCK.
