List of Rebecca Rey's Reviews
Takes as much time as needed to listen and then recommend a treatment plan. Goes above and beyond with referrals . Explains thoroughly . A very warm and realistic individual.
Dr Rebecca Rey is extremely intelligent, kind and an excellent diagnostic !! One of the very best doctor!!! Judith Swift
Dr. Rey is very caring and knowledgeable. She gave good recommendations for improving my overall health and was very proactive and responsive regarding my bloodwork. Highly recommend.
Incredibly disappointed. New patient appointment created in January for an April date. I wait patiently to receive a call a week before stating Dr Rey is no longer accepting new patients. How about you honor the commitments you already have made since I have waited 3 months. Unprofessional. Unfair. So much for proactive and preventative health care.
This place is the worst for your primary doctor I went through 3 doctors in less then 3 years. They never call you back for your blood results and when you call and leave 2 to 3 messages they still don't call you back. My last doctor Darla who left this month and I still haven't receive a phone call for my blood work and I left 2 messages with her helper to have someone else call me back. Very unprofessional.
Dr. Rey is a great doctor that cares for her patients. My issues seems to be with the office/administrative services, which is strange because they are usually very nice people. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy after (I thought) changing it in the system with the doctor, in-person. At 4:15pm on a Tuesday the answering system for the office said that they are closed (because they close at 5:00pm... again it was 4:15p) and to call back tomorrow. The after hours automated maze of an answering service put me on hold for a long time then hung up. I finally got through to speak to a person and the call dropped again. Did I get a call back? No. Why is it this hard to be taken care of? FYI The "response from owner" message that people see under my review makes it seem like Holy Cross is both concerned AND competent at following up with people who have had a negative experience. For me... this does not seem to be the case. I called the number and left a message and nobody from the hospital has returned my call (it's been weeks). This seems to be some kind of automated service that Holy Cross implements without any real follow up.
Dr. Rebecca Rey is absolutely amazing. Her attention to medical details is phenomenal. She's personable as well. I am thankful and grateful for her!!!
I am very happy that Dr. Rey is my Primary Care physician. I find her to be very knowledgeable, caring, responsive, pro-active and always provides excellent follow-up to any of my health issues. Also, since she is very athletic, she has great knowledge of the stresses we older athletes put on our bodies and understands how we want to "keep going". It's great not to be told to "slow down". I also feel very comfortable discussing "female" issues with her. I feel very fortunate to have her as my Primary Care physician.
Have been seen Dr. Rey for 2 yrs since relocating and have nothing but positive feedback for her and her staff. Timely response to calls and excellent bedside manner
Dr. Rey and her "sheduling staff" are rude and dismissive. I was rescheduled 4 times because she was ill (which is super alarming) and hung up on by Dr. Rey during a Teledoc appointment that I did not want but needed. By far the most unprofessional Dr. I have ever encountered...and I was referred by a dear freind! Wow.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
