Sandeep Sura's Online Review Report Card

I saw Dr Sura by accident I was another doctors patient the doctor was not in that day. It was right before Covid Hit then Covid hit. I liked Dr Sura's straight face with that face came a doctor that will tell you the truth to your face. I was never bothered so much about a mammograms like he bothered me or other things that I should have done. I knew I was anemic I was very sick on one visit the mammogram conversation came up again and he told me I don't want to see you again until it gets done. I scheduled an appointment the ball started rolling I had breast Cancer and Dr Sura had all the referrals ready for me. I'm here today and I thank God then Dr Sura and his lovely nurse. I have highly recommended him to my dear mom for years she's Gold to me her appointment has been finally made. Thank you Dr Sura and Staff

I was overwhelmed by the attention to detail Dr Sura gave me. He left no stone unturned. My visit was very thorough. One of the few dedicated to their profession.

I was looking for a new primary care doctor. Pulled a name randomly from my insurances website. Boy did I pull a bad one. Dr.Sura is uncaring unless its about selling his pill of the day, for me it was sleep apnea. I didn't even say I had issues sleeping, but now I have sleep apnea I guess. Very against marijuana if that kind of thing matters to you. Went so far to blame my depression on it without any other information. Also I was talked in to a prescription for antidepressants I didn't really want. I left the office feeling that the person who cared about my health the most were the lovely ladies at the front desk. Those girls get five stars. Dr.Sura is unpersonable and cold. I will be seeking a different care provider; you should too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sura for around a year. Where to begin! He is quite rude and threatened me on one occasion, and told me he would have me sign a release stating that he was not responsible for me. He had instructed me to take an over the counter product and when I told him that I had not because the wife had forgot to pick it up, he flew into an extremely bad attitude and threatened me. I told him that he wasn't having me sign anything, and that I did not like his attitude! He no speaka good English, and more often than not does not understand me. He does not listen to what the patient is asking and acts put off when you ask a question. The staff is totally inept. The will not make appointments for you like every other doctor, they will not email or text appointment times. They fought with a surgeon that they referred me to about an apointment, and almost caused a delay in my surgery. Most appointments are between 1 1-1/2 hours because they overbook.

I have been seeing Dr. Sura for 2 years. His office staff are the worst. I have never seen such a dysfunctional office. They can't even blame it on covid. It's been like this for 2 years. Time to find a new Dr.

The doctor is nice enough but the office staff appear not to be very efficient or competent. I had a home sleep study in May and an in-lab sleep study in June that showed that I need a CPAP. Now it is August 3 and the in-network medical supplier is still waiting for the paperwork from the doctor's office. I guess I am not very high priority.

This doctor is awful. I was supposed to see one of his associates. He criticized me for being on a medication that I have been on for years. I became tearful and he completely ignored it. No bedside manner whatsoever. I would give him a negative review if I could.

I was a patient of dr sura several years back before the practice he was at was sold. At that point I switched doctors. I was satisfied with dr sura's treatment. He was involved and engaged, guiding any needs for specialists visits. I feel he did not over treat, but recommended appropriate care

Dr Sura handled my several chronic conditions with expertise and persistence. My wellness improved because of him. (I am a former patient; I switched to a new doc due to insurance.)
