I like the doctor, he's nice and knowledgeable. And although he seems to have been able to make a conclusion from my MRI and exam, I really had more info to provide and questions about the procedure he recommended but he kept cutting me off, then he was done after telling his staff to set a date for the procedure. I was told the office Mgr was out (Tues) & would call me the next day. It's Friday and no call. I called yesterday & was told she was out of the office again. I just called, gave her my inffo, & explained I was waiting for a call back & was told "ok, hold for one moment" & she hung up. Hasn't called back...my confidence is falling fast...I had to keep calling, office Mgr said I wasn't even on a list to call back and schedule the procedure. Earliest appointment I was able to get for the facet block was 3 weeks away. 1.5 weeks later, I got a call saying the dr had a family emergency and had to cancel and they had "no idea" when they could even reschedule. Left in the lurch to look for another doctor (took 2 hrs to find one that accepts my insurance & does the procedure) go through xrays and consultations all over again. Delays after delays. Found Dr. D'Amore in Plantation, took xrays & reviewed my MRI, he explained everything, agreed with Dr Wachsmans solution, referred me to Dr, Parish for the procedure. Let's hope I can get the procedure soon. Anyone with chronic pain knows that any more time added to being in pain is a nightmare.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of the staff and my doctor. Doctor Wachsman has been AMAZING with alleviating my neck and back pain when other Dr.s wanted to operate. I highly recommend this office for anyone that needs help with pain management.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Dr. Wachsman was really knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He diagnosed my problem immediately and explained it to me clearly. He advised me of treatment options and the pros and cons of each of them. I was extremely happy with the visit.

The entire office staff is very helpful and professional. They are always prompt, the wait time is always reasonable and I strongly feel that Dr. Wachsman has a lot of compassion for his patients!

As of my initial visit, I found the office staff to be friendly and very accommodating; the walk this way, it was fairly short and not unreasonable; and I found my initial consult with Dr. Wachsman to be most professional, and I found the doctor to be cordial and unrushed in explaining my condition and treatment options… so far, I am pleased…
