If I could leave 0 I would. This is a great example of the problem with the health care industry. The doctor is incompetent and his staff are not much better. They “diagnosed” my ecg results and did a horrible job of explaining the diagnosis to me in person. They did however make a note that I had a neurological disorder, so when I got a second opinion the competent Dr could not release me without examining Dr. Kidwai’s ecg. It took several weeks for his office staff to provide the necessary ecg printout. Now they are trying to charge me $450 for this “diagnosis”. Avoid at all costs.

Front desk person is the rudest person I have ever spoken with on the phone. Extremely quick to be rude as she was cold calling me to collect payment for a relative and I had no idea who she was. Could not take credit card info for the life of her. Never been treated like this by a “professional” before.

DO NOT GO THERE! The most unprofessional and disreputable office ever! My dad suffered a stroke and his Primary doctor referred us to Dr. Kidway. This office wanted to charge me money for the medical records that my dads primary doctor's office faxed it to them! Yep! you read that right!! (The records were not for us, we were not requesting copies for ourselves). The rude office manager said "too many pages, wasted our paper and ink". Like my dads medical records are not important for their office and doctor to better evaluate his own future patient. And how are we responsible for paying something that another office faxed to them for their new patient? Unbelievable! Management said if we didn't pay for records, we would need to find another doctor. The best part is that she said that the doctor was aware of this! We left because dealing with low, despicable unhappy and unprofessional office manager is not worth it! Oh yeah.. almost 2 hrs waiting time as well! RUNNNN!

Great experience. I was hesitant after reading some reviews but the other Doctors office I called in Boca couldn't see my daughter until March and it is the first week of January. So, I decided to give them a try and Clara who answered the phone was kind and professional. She fit her in for an initial visit the next morning. Office was pleasant and staff was very nice. The wait was acceptable and other patients in the waiting room also pleasant. The Doctor listed to all of my concerns and I was very pleased with the exam and the outcome of the visit. (No, I did not leave with a prescription, nor was I looking for one.) I would recommend the office based on my experience.

hes listens. having sezuires is a whole different world. i like how its mom and pop atmospher. hopefully i find out the trigger.

Horrible experience. They took my $200 and literally spent less than 5 mins analyzing me. Just a quick knock on my knee to check for reflex. Completely dismissive to my complaints. This experience made me fearful of voicing my concerns about my own health. No stars

i went today as a new patient because i been struggling with epilepsy for two years. once the doctor came in and asked me what i was doing their and i tried to explain my story from when it started and what medication i was on he didn't even let me finish saying what medicine i was taking he off ripped said i'm not giving you those prescription. i told him sir i'm not asking for them meds i'm telling you my story and right off rude he was. he didn't want to listen to me. he didn't want to diagnose me he just wanted to right out a prescription from my old doctor instead of doing any test to refer me out to make sure im taking the right meds or im getting the right treatment. i even had my mother with me and she was surprised how the doctor was so rude. this is my brain we are talking about not a burger you are ordering. this doctor was the worst

I use to work for Dr. Kidwai and I also bring niece in to see him. Employment was all good until I got sick with COVID-19 I was the only employee that did everything and Dr. Kidwai and Mrs. Kidwai was very nasty to me. I open the office and close the office I was evicted they would not help me with simple to sign stating I was at work when I got COVID-19. They treated me like I never worked for them.

Excellent staff, and the doctor is nice! Tha office is pretty small but a clean environment. The address on the Google page isn't correct. It takes you to a plaza where the building shows a yellow mustard (like on the 360 image). I put the image of the correct building, and hopefully the office can correct this!
