After months of frustration, I left this office and I am looking for another primary care physician.Short version: despite sending multiple emails, leaving telephone messages, and having conversations with the office staff, I was not able to get a problem resolved with extending a referral for therapy I need.

I wouldn't know if they were good doctor's or not, They've got a million options on thereRecording when you callBut none of themIs speak to a nurseSo you press one to make an appointment and they put you on hold for 8 minutes. How am I suppose to find a doctor if yall putting patients on hold before you know what they're calling for.

MyCare Medical has been a great experience and much better than other doctor offices I’ve been too. It all starts with the staff who are very responsive to my emails and phone calls. Dr. Scott is an excellent doctor who not only treated me with respect but was very knowledge and thorough with his visit. He takes his time and seems like he actually cares about the patient especially compared to other doctor offices. I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality health care.

I have been under the care of both doctors for many years. They are professional, caring and extremely good in managing my health. The staff is efficient and handles all e mail and in person inquiries in a timely manner. I strongly recommend their practice.

Working with "Nancy" to resolve an issue of ownership between MRI company, Primary Care Physician, Orthopedic Specialist and Humana Medicare PPO guidelines. Can be very complicated if the MRI company cancels your appointment 24 hours prior to. She has been very helpful in attempting to resolve my issue. Thanks Nancy.
