Waskin Glen A's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Glenn Waskin and Megan Waskin are great but most of the staff are very unfriendly.

They are simply the best, period. They truly have the passion to be the best I have been to, and it's been alot. Always a 5 star. Staff is exceptional.

The worst doctor and office staff I have ever dealt with! The office could care less about your issues and follow up is a disaster. The doctor could care less about his patients and is only in it for whatever he can squeeze out of insurance company. He is the Primary and yet wants nothing to do with his patients issues! I was turned away from my Primary doctor's office without even a call back and then admitted to the hospital same day with a minor heart attack. In what world do we live that the Primary doctor turns away his patient that is dealing with anxiety and heart palpitations? On top of that you canceled my appt. 2 days later with no notification and then told me when I called to cancel because I was in hospital, my appt. was cancelled and I should go see my orthopedic. The worst!

Absolutely wonderful practice. I primarily saw the Doctor's wife (a nurse practitioner or doctor herself, I can't remember), and she and staff were highly professional. I saw the doc once or twice as well, and he provided the same level of care and professionalism. I've never had a long wait; their office has been extremely good about scheduling, prescriptions, bedside manner, etc. I don't know the details of some other reviews here, but I was seriously sad to leave this particular practice (oh yeah, I left, sorry!), and I suspect some of the negative reviews here brought the experience on themselves. I just recently moved out of state, otherwise I'd still be reporting in for my usual check-ups.Sometimes rountine bloodwork can be a mild wait (I waited 45 minutes once when I slept in and came a little later that day), but it depends on the line of people in front of you. Bloodwork is done by the order you arrive, and they tell you beforehand it's best to show up early to beat the rush. My average wait for blood work was 20minutes, and for a scheduled meeting 5-15.I highly recommend this practice.

Absolutely the worst doctor and office staff. They get a zero review and don't waste your time. Any office visit you will be in the office 2 hours and waiting to see the doctor for over an hour each visit. The office staff is inept and could care less about your issues. The doctor could care less about his patients issues and is in it for what he can squeeze out of insurance company only. After numerous issues with doctor and staff since my first day as patient, my latest issue was going to the office and begging for a call from the doctor. Never received a call and ended up in hospital same day with minor heart attack. Then sitting in hospital after being admitted, I call to cancel appt. that I had scheduled for two days later only to be told that appt. had been cancelled and I should go back to my orthopedic. He was MY primary and wanted nothing to do with my issues! If I could sue for malpractice, he most certainly would be sued. The worst, please stay away!

Dr. Waskin and Mrs. Waskin, along with their entire team are a wonderful, professional, and thorough medical practice. I am in disbelief with some of these reviews. Perhaps the reviewer just didn't like their diagnosis nor recommendations for a healthier lifestyle.I recommend Dr. Waskin to anyone who takes their personal health and family's health seriously. If you want real information, help and real action to live healthier then definitely schedule a visit with Dr. Waskin- asap!

He took time to go through the very thorough intake form, took time to explain reasons as to the questioning, and actually takes time to get to know you and not just process you as another number. His staff was extremely professional, everyone adhered to Covid protocol, and I will be recommending Broward Family Medical Group and Dr. Waskin to anyone looking for a PCP.

Me and my family have been patients of Dr.'s Megan and Glen Waskin for over 15 years. We recently moved to Port Saint Lucie but STILL continue to see both Dr.'s! They have been fantastic and very professional!

Patient care has really taken a very poor decline. After being a patient of there's (Glen & Megan) for over 5+ years I have experienced the downward spiral. When care was needed I got nothing but attitude as unwillingness to help from Megan. Poor communication, and long wait times is another issue. Do yourself a favor and find a real primary care physician!
