William Jensen's Online Review Report Card

I had the same issue as Kathy, where they called about a deceased family member having an appointment. I can understand how it happened, because I know our charts are on the same page "family chart" and it was a simple data entry error. Dr. Jensen is a very good doctor and listens to his patients. My Care Medical has made me consider changing doctors though. Their billing is a mess, it is difficult to get refills of prescriptions called in, and the staff seems very unhappy which affects the way they interact with patients. So sad that they are My Care. Wish they could get out of that deal and go back to a private practice.

Dr. J is really a good doctor and easy to talk to. The problem is that My Care Medical took over and now nothing about the office is accurate. They called 2 years after my husband died to tell me he has an appointment that he could not have made. It was actually for another family member. The staff isn't as friendly as they used to be and it's difficult too get them to call in refills since My Care took over.

I saw Dr. Jensen for about 1 and 1/2 years, during that he was just ok nothing special. I wanted to get an Inogen portable concentrater, it never happened. 2 months with a new doctor and today I received one. Stay away they do not help you.

I'm having BP issues called my Dr Office, I was able to be seen with in just a few hours . When I arrived Shanon brought me right in took my vitals and brought me to see Rachel a PA- C. I have to say I was well pleased with Rachel's performance I felt she was knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to, answering all my questions. Before I left I made my follow up appointment with Rachel I feel she will be more than capable handling my BP issues Thank You Joe Di.

I can't say enough about how well here cared for my mom amd myself. Would not want to see anyone but him.

His staff is extremely disrespectful, abusive, and gives misinformation to those who are involved in patient's care. His staff (particularly Sharon) were unbelievably disrespectful and screamed at me as I am my Dad's Power of Attorney and said I should be travelling from NY to Florida (to Dr. Jensen's office) to be on hand for appts. when I have Aides I pay dearly for to manage his care on my behalf) . Sharon was disrespectful, shared totally incorrect info. about my Dad to his Humana Pharmacy that he was in "Hospice Care{ which restricted his meds in error! I am totally disgusted with many years of tolerating Dr. Jensens' awful ,, demeaning, staff and his gruff bedside manner over the entire time my Dad was affiliated with his office. DON'T EVER GET INVOLVED WITH THIS PRACTICE!!! " Office staff is inhumane, abusive, disrespectful, arrogant, and totally unprofessional. STAY AWAY for your own good!!!

I recently had major surgery. Dr Jensen has been my G.P. For a very short time but came to see me every day to see how I was doing, which I thoroughly appreciated. He is very kind and considerate.

I just called in and was immediately placed on hold, no greeting, just on hold like a Chinese restaurant. When they finally answered I asked questions regarding a referral and was interrupted numerous times I could not get a word in. You can tell the attitude on the other line was clear and that I was annoyance. Completely disgusted by this rude and unprofessional behavior. If that is a snapshot of his practice I feel sorry for his patients. 1st impression shows your business. Stay away

Called the doctor office this Morning December 26,2019 and one of the doctor receptionist was SO RUDE!! She stated she can’t make a appointment for me as a new patient because I wasn’t assigned to a doctor with my medical plan. But I called another doctor office and the receptionist was so Nice and they scheduled my Doctor visit with the doctor as a new patient and they just told me to check the medical plan and reassigned the doctor .

Wonderful family practice with kind and gentle staff. Very reasonable prices for basic care. I've been going to Dr. Jensen over ten years and my wife has been going to him for close to 30 years. Don't know what we'd do with them!
