If you want to make sure you have had the most complete eye exam possible this is the place to go. The visit is long but it it because you are evaluated by multiple Dr’s for all possible issues This not just what line can you read and it the red or green better. This is a true medical evaluation of your eyes

The doctors are good but the wait is horrible! They pack people in and the average wait is 2-3 hours. Office people are not nice either

William J. Rand is ab outstanding Ophthalmologists and the Director Rand Eye Institute, which bears his name. He is also, besides being tops in his profession, a downright nice guy and a perfect gentleman in the most classic sense of the word. It has been Dr, Rand who has been saving my vision. He performed both cataract and Desek cornea surgery on me with outstanding success. Further with his associates at his Rand Eye Institute managed to arrest the progression of my right eye dry macular degeneration. I hardly have words of high enough praise for Dr. Rand or thanks for all he has done for me. Five Stars for a Five Star doctor!

12 years after his unique computer laser surgery to replace both lenses I am still able to easily read the lowest line on the eye test. His surgery and follow up service and continued attention annually is beyond anything I have ever experienced before and you leave the surgery every time with such a level of comfort and happiness. Famous players with damage from ice hockey pucks come here for a reason!
