Had 4 appointments. The first appointment went ok, however I felt rushed and not listened to. The 2nd appointment, I waited 30 minutes, only to seen for 15-min. He didn’t even show up for my 3rd appointment. My 4th appointment? I waited for over an hour, before I walked out. The practice is sloppy and does not respect patients. There are better practices out there.

Since July I have been given the run around by every single person that answers the phone and that I speak to in this office! Be warned! If you want to be prescribed medication and spend over $250 just to have no results go for it! This practice really needs to be reviewed by the state board as to how they scam patients out of money and then give them the run around about calling in their prescriptions! No one at this office communicates properly and here I am with an absurd amount of patience and now some lady who has access to my chart that didn’t bother naming herself when she answered the phone starts speaking over me as if what she says is final when I don’t even know who this new person is that picked up the phone! All around the worst experience by far I have ever had with a doctor! Be warned you will have to jump through hoops to get medication! Side note the medication I am prescribed I have been on since 2018 and moved to this area basically just needed a new doctor since my old doctor is 3 hours away! Should have been an easy appointment since all my medical records have been transferred! Most unorganized, unprofessional set of doctors and receptionist I have ever encountered. Sad they absolutely were not willing to help only argue with me! Sad

Recently starting going to this office and have had no complaints. I have seen the NP April Guinyard my past couple of visits and she makes an already uncomfortable appointment for me feel more at ease. The scheduling and front office staff are always friendly and available to help when needed also.

Dr. Frick and his staff were attentive to my needs and were able to schedule me to come in quick. He listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. It was obvious that he is educated and well rounded in this profession. I will be trusting this office moving forward.
