How can Dr. Clark not send in a medication that I have been without 2 weeks now? I love the practice but this nonsense. Called in help to get this verified. I was told that it was an IT error. Don’t play me for a fool.

My mother in law was in the hospital and we called to get a referral for an oxygen, we spoke to a Nancy and was extremely rude and short, told us is almost after business hours (we called at 3pm) and that we would have to wait until the following Monday for OXYGEN. this practice is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Do not go here! My mother broke her ankle and they told her it would be 5 to 7 "business days" for her to even get a referral. The nurse practitioner Samantha is so nasty and she cussed at my mother. The whole staff is rude and doesnt have any people skills at all. Dr Jackson is never in the office. He signs the charts from his personal yacht somewhere in the world. They dont even swab your throat or your nose to check for flu or strep. they tried to give my mother tamiflu and she didnt even have the flu, she had strep throat which she had to go to centracare to get antibiotics for. If you like your life I suggest you stay away from this office.

My mother goes to this office. They are all a bunch of u know what. They dont care about their patients. Heck they dont even listen to them. Trying to call them is a joke. My mother broke both legs and has been calling the for a week now. No phone call back nothing. (Theres more to the story) so if i have to i will go to the news and to morgan and morgan. This place should be put out of business. knowone should be treated this way. If you want to live change doctors.

DON'T COME HERE. I don't even know the name of the Dr who did my exam. Dr Jackson is nowhere to be found. I had a nasty painful UTI and was peeing blood! The Dr told me to just drink more water and that she would not give me medicine even though I was IN A LOT OF PAIN. She told me the Urologist would call me for an appt. I went to Centra Care after that and saw a REAL Dr who gave me antibiotics. Oh and the urologist scheduled me for A MONTH LATER. I would have died, I'm sure of it

If your life depends on it, leave this doctors group. Because they screwed around trying to do referrals for me, it took them 3 months to get it correct. Thats because Humana had to walk them thru it after they found out how incompetent they referral staff are. Humana has all the documented proof. They, along with me are placing formal complaints with the State of Fl. Now for the kicker, they dropped me like a rock right in the middle of my PANCREATIC CANCER treatments. They said i had a patient/doctor conflict so sent me a nice letter informing me i have 30 days to locate a new doc. That was on the 31st of march. Indicated in letter i have 30 more days with them, NOT, they dropped of they system the next day. This office does not have a heart or soul. Get out of this doctors care asap it you want to live

If I could give no star I would. I called for an appointment and was told that since I hadn't been there in 13 months, I would have to start over as a new patient and pay the new patient first visit charge ($). This was after going to him for 15 years. I have since found out from a NEW doctor that I was supposed to be having blood tests and lab work done during those years for cholesterol and such. I had no direction from him to do so, and didn't know I needed that done. I guess you could say they did me a huge favor, I now have a good doctor.

Office manager Nancy brags on not honoring certain Medicare diagnostic codes for years for specialist ordered equipment and forcing patients to either file an insurance appeal or go to a real GP.
