I’ve had a wonderful experience over the past year with Concierge Care. The management is accommodating and always available, and the staff is attentive and kind, and I am very grateful for my time with them!

From our first call with Carolyn to get information on Concierge Care for our Dad, it was a smooth, professional yet caring process. Tracy was assigned as our night nurse but she was really our "night angel" and she took great care of our Dad and communicated often with the family. I would highly recommend Concierge Care for your loved ones.

Concierge Care at Ponte Vedra has been providing CNA care for my mother at her Senior Living facility for about 8 months. Following short stints with a couple of other similar agencies, we discovered Concierge Care and they have been fantastic. They provide excellent professional care that has made things easier for all of us.Cortlyn, who handles their scheduling communicates on a regular basis. She quickly learned which CNAs are good fits and goes above and beyond with a personal touch. Concierge Care has been very responsive to us for my mom’s 24/7 care. Their caregivers are professional and easy to work with.

Concierge Care went above and beyond our expectations. During the height of the covid delta variant, our mother was in a skilled nursing rehab facility because of a broken hip. The day after she got there, the facility went into lockdown in which no one could visit her in person. Visits were limited to one hour visits outside only. She needed 24/7 care, so we immediately had to hire caregivers. It was such a stressful time, but Concierge Care came through immediately. Their caregivers were so kind and caring to our mom. The office was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had, and always took care of things in such a prompt manner. Marilee, who was our caregiver coordinator helped ease our mind, and was always willing to talk to me at any time. She is such a kind person who takes an interest in your personal needs and concerns. I highly recommend Concierge Care.

Concierge Care has been amazing to work for. I been with the company for eight months, and I enjoy having the personal connection with my clients. They are like a second family to me, and the staff has been nice to me. Anything I ever needed, I have received plus more.
