Cora Physical Therapy Ponte Vedra Beach's Online Review Report Card

Before i tell you about Andrea aka "Magic Hands" I have to tell you about CORA PONTE VEDRA. Their motto is "we see the future by using the past" - I did the same. When I had my knee replaced in late June, I could see success in my future by remembering my past experiences with CORA at Ponte Vedra. I work across the street from CORA Regency who may be very good, but due to my history of success with CORA Ponte Vedra, I drive 34 miles round trip to ensure a successful outcome. They did not disappoint. You can read below for historical comments. The most recent AHA! was learning the PT Andrea has magic hands. On a recent visit I had considerable pain during exercises. She punched, squeezed, and shook my hip until all pain was gone - and stayed gone for two weeks! I returned to work a month ahead of schedule. I HIGHLY recommend CORA Ponte Vedra Physical Therapy. I experienced my first serious injury in Feb 2020. I was sent to CORA as a prep for pending surgery. The facility in Ponte Vedra is clean, welcoming and quiet. All the therapist are effective but Lane gets a hats off, twirl around Irish jig for his knowledge and restorative skills. I began therapy with less than 30% function in my right arm. I am now at 75-80% function and most likely will not need surgery. The key to Lane's success is his expert listening skill and ability to provide understandable, effective remedies. JOI is good but CORA is better. If you do not improve with Lane and crew at CORA you may not be a good patient. Do what they say - it works. Highly recommended. It is now 2022 and I had my right knee replaced. My doctor stressed the importance of Physical Therapy, without hesitation I called CORA Ponte Vedra to sign up with Lane Ferreira again. Lane has been promoted and was nit available. The PT Amy encouraged me to give them a try. I am working with Andrea who was trained by Lane and is every bit as good. She is efficient, knowledgeable and funny. She makes you laugh through the pain. An added plus was her knowing some sign language! If you are Deaf and need PT, come to CORA Ponte Vedra! You will not be disappointed 👍

Andrea here at Cora she is absolutely the best I've been having issues with my neck and my back and she got me walking straight I don't need surgery on my neck or my back she's working really hard for me I appreciate Andrea a lot

It’s been six weeks with the very professional therapists at CORA. I have had many days with excruciating foot pain due to fallen arches, ankle debridement from a year earlier and working on my feet for long hours. I am Beyond grateful for the progress I am making. Their hands-on approach, combined with their knowledge and love for what they are doing has been a tremendous asset in my journey of healing. #1 in my humble opinion.

Cora in Ponte Vedra has made a world of difference in my mobility which also helped my emotional well being. They are very knowledgeable and pointed out things that really made sense to me given my current condition. I would recommend them to anyone who is suffering with muscle stress and mobility/back issues.

I came to Cora in February on crutches and in a boot. (Torn Calf Muscle) The Ponte Vedra Beach office was great. Professionals who know their business. Thanks to everyone!!

Just finished three months of physical therapy at the Ponte Vedra Beach office, under the excellent care of Lane, Derek, Amy and Andrea. All worked with me on flexibility and core strength, to deal with sciatic pain. I learned new stretches and exercises that alleviated the pain with a conservative approach. I highly recommend this team, particularly at the 7 am sessions since there is no crowding. The location is convenient with plenty of parking.

Excellent improvement in balance, strength and mobility. All the technicians strike the right balance in effort and stress. I can’t compliment the team here enough.

6 months pre and post anterior hip replacement surgery. Excellent treatment, exercises and care. Knowledgeable PT'S and PTA'S Derrick, Andrea, Amy. Great recovery.
