List of Gerard Budd's Reviews
Always very friendly! Dr Budd and staff work very well together and work hard to get patients better!!! If we can not see our own physician then go to Dr. Budd!!! He knows his medicine!!!
Stopped up ear, no problem. High blood pressure, no problem. I loved seeing an old school doctor in an old school clinic. I felt right at home! Now I know why all my friends have praised him over the years! Friendly staff as well - great personalities.
Dr. Budd and staff are always kind and patient. Dr. Budd takes his time when he is with his patients. I have always had great care.
i had a stomach infection. once i got my antibiotics i ate and drank lots of food and water before taking like instructed. then once i went back asking for a new prescription because i’d been throwing up for hours after taking it every time they said no because “we don’t switch prescriptions here”. i had to go somewhere else and get incision with local aesthetic (which doesn’t work on infections so i felt everything) and got my prescription switched immediately and got prescribed opioids because they knew i was in excruciating pain. they called me back because they didn’t charge me enough and i told them about my experience and they said “oh….well….okay”. i could not go upstairs because i was in so much pain and no one at dr. budds office acted like they cared
Dr Budd is a competent Dr., but his staff were extremely rude and hostile when we questioned a diagnosis code and asked to speak to the Dr. We were told we were “on our own,” and could never speak to him about it and “I am not your personal assistant.” We were unable to receive a much-needed electrocardiogram due to the incorrect coding issue. Even the local hospital staff (electrocardiogram provider) were met with extreme rudeness when they called and questioned the incorrect coding. After 20+ years of being Dr. Budd’s patients, we will never go back again. This display of staff’s unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.
Have been going here for almost 15 years when I get a cold. Dr. Budd always prescribed me the same course of treatment that we have figured out works best for me. This time the treatment that he discussed with me was not the same treatment that he called into the pharmacy. I’ve called multiple times to ask them to correct the issue and they won’t correct it, won’t look at my previos history of the exact same treatment, and were rude to me on the phone, as well as did not call me back. This was my favorite office to visit for the past 15 years and I will never go back again and am beyond disappointed.
On a weekday I called all morning beginning @9am but either no answer or immediately hung up on when answered for several hrs. When I finally got in & saw Dr Budd he was rude & immediately retreated to back office not to be seen again. It was obvious he was bothered by my visit.I was told on the phone it was their busiest day of the year but parking lot was completely empty & no one at all in the office.
Great service
The nurse in this practice is rude, unwilling to help and oversteps her role by suggesting diagnosis that only a physician can make. Will not be going back.
Website and google says open at 9am on Saturday. Was there at 9 and stayed until 9:30, no one there. Door locked. Lights off. Amend your hours online so you don’t waste people’s time who are seeking medical attention.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
