I couldn't be happier with my experience earlier this week with Dr. Cappel's office. His staff texted over the holiday weekend (Labor Day) to move things around so I could keep an appointment. During my appointment, the office staff (which includes his wife) were very professional/helpful. He also has a great demeanor and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Cappel was excellent. New to the area I needed a six month check up after having skin cancer surgery. The doctor was thorough , skilled and answered all questions. His entire staff was incredible. Would highly recommend.

First appointment today for my husband with Dr. Cappel. What a great experience we had. My husband has a rare autoimmune skin disorder. Dr. Cappel was so attentive and showed true interest in my husband’s situation. He was very thorough in his examination and asked us multiple times if we had any questions. Everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful. We will certainly be returning for further care. The hour drive was well worth it. Thank you for your wonderful care!

We both switched our Dermatology care to Dr Cappel. The care we received exceeded our expectations. First, we were warmly greeted and the office decor is warm and inviting. Dr Cappel and staff made sure we were comfortable and put at ease. Every step is explained. We never felt rushed and all questions/concerns were attended to. Follow-on care was equally through. Dermagnify's care is without equal. We most highly recommend them.

First visit/appointment. Felt welcome and comfortable. Smaller practice with time to do examination as well as explain everything as it happened. In truest sense of a ‘southern’ staff: included coffee, sweets if desired, and a little personalized ‘visit’: true Southern Hospitality!
