I took my toddler in because I was concerned about scalp psoriasis or alopecia. My son was not being cooperative, I understand that. But he’s a young child. He was throwing a bit of a tantrum which I understand is less than ideal but I got the vibe Dr. Brown did not want to deal with him because of it. He didn’t even look up close at my sons head; he was standing near the door and once we showed him the spot he said it was alopecia. Nothing else. No physical exam or up close look or nothing. I will find a more pediatric friendly place to take my child.

It was awesome. I woke up worried about skin cancer after finding a spot on my body and they got me in the same day. Dr Brown was awesomeness!

I honestly felt he was trying to get me out. He looked at me from across the room and said I needed to see a different specialist even when I explained I had eczema that was flaring on top of the extreme itchiness. He offered no ideas or treatment options. I will not return.

As a first-time patient, I am very disappointed with Dr. Brown and his nurse. No vitals were taken, no assessments/exams were performed, no questions were asked about my medical history, and there was no interest in discussing the root cause of my issues. I felt as if I were a waste of time to Dr. Brown. He just recommended a prescription medication to me based on the reason for my reason.
