Erich Schramm's Online Review Report Card

My entire family is his patient over 10 years. He is the most experienced, caring and human doctor . He doesn’t treat his patients as numbers like other doctors . He goes beyond expectations and does everything . Healthcare in Jacksonville is not great . If I stay in Jacksonville, it is because of Dr Schramm’ practice

I went to Dr. Schramm for what may have been pink eye. He prescribed an ointment. Even though he said I didn't need it, he prescribed an oral antibiotic. He told me to fill it and keep it at home "just in case" I need it. I found him to be lacking in medical knowledge and skill. I would not recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr Erich Schramm for over 13 years. I chose him as my Primary Doctor as soon as I moved into Ponte Vedra. I like that when I need an appointment, I can get an appointment. I like that the wait is never long and that his office staff and Nurses are as sweet as they can be. I also like that Dr. Schramm listens to whatever ailment I have and then he does whatever he needs to, to care for it, however he does things in order so that you are not paying for a bunch of tests that may not be needed. As long as Dr. Schramm is in PV, he will be our family doctor (my Parents & my Spouse)

Very knowledgeable, provides excellent preventative advice and accurate diagnosis.

Dr Schramm's decision to order a cat scan significantly contributed to catching my ovarian cancer in it's early stages.

I went to Dr. Schramm after being over medicated by my previous doctor. He listened and observed. He is patient and I am very impressed with his entire office.

Without a doubt, the best primary care physician me and my family have had. Truly cares about patients. Thorough and explains everything in an easy to understand way. When my son was ill abroad, he was the only physician that had the courage to give is the information we needed to save his life.

I have known Dr. Erich Schramm for years. He is a kind and brilliant Doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Schramm and value him as my Doctor and member of my community. That being said, the team at Hilden Road reflect these great qualities. I am always impressed with their professionalism and their sincerity. I have, and will eagerly continue to, recommend this office to my friends and family because I know they are in great hands.

After several visits to his office I feel that I can provide an accurate review. Dr Schramm is an outstanding doctor. He listens to me, he takes time to explain the treatment options and then he explains the reason that he makes a suggestion. He is very easy to talk with and I trust him and his experience.

Dr. Schramm was recommended by several neighbors. I was forewarned that he has "an honest, but 'no nonsense' bedside manner". He was. However, I do feel that he does listen, and will explain "his plan of action" but will explain any part of it. Which I was looking for and like. I wasn't spoken down too or had my concerns brushed off. Very thankful he was open the day before Hurrican Matthew too.
