My notes on all of the above is based on his office in the 80s in NYC, I can't submit this without it. I went to see him in 78 fresh out of college since I had JRA @ 13. He also diagnosed me when I got SO sick and scared in 79 and he realized his initial suspicion was correct - my body had Lupus. He was kind, caring, sensitive, and available to talk to me as I started that journey. He always had time to fit me in if I got a 'strange rash' somewhere. I was sad when I left NYC that I had to find a new doc and knew he was a tough act to follow. EVERYONE should get to have a doctor like this at least once in their life as they deal with a chronic illness!
