From the first appointment Treated extremely well. Dr Keen listened to the problems with my knees. Checked my med list and he came up with a treatment plan. He felt I would make the correct decision once he raveled the plan and alternative plans. At first injections in my knee. After a year I was ready for surgery. Very excellent team. Well cared for. I like how he has followed up for a couple of years after my surgery. So confident a physician I followed up with having Dr Keen do the right knee. He is an excellent physician. I am very pleased with his manner, service and excellent service. Recommend him very highly. He is a 10, as is his staff. Jason does beautiful work as well as Jennifer. I'm so fortunate to have worked with Dr Keen.

Had to wait for an appointment but he was well worth it. I had such good feeling about him. He replaced my knee and I am doing great.

My mom fell this morning and broke her hip. Dr. Keen performed total hip replacement surgery on her this evening and called me immediately afterwards to tell me that everything went smoothly, that she'll be in recovery tonight, even practicing walking. He went through everything she needs for aftercare and answered any questions I had. I just feel so relieved right now - I know my mom does, too. And I'm super grateful that such a skilled and caring doctor treated her.

Dr.Keen is wonderful but his PA Jason not so much. He always uses his own problems he has experienced when you mention yours. I’m not there to hear his problems.

I was referred to Dr Keen because of problems that I was having with my knees. Dr Keen appeared to listen intently to my description of the problem, and then referred me for x-rays which were conducted promptly. Dr Keen explained in detail the results of the x-rays, and recommended a procedure to address the issues. He treated my right knee with cortisone and recommended a follow up in 2 months, suggesting that if the cortisone didn't address the problem, I should consider partial knee replac

Dr. Keen did Maco robotic surgery on my left knee which was bone-on-bone. He did an outstanding job, I had very little pain, I had no infection, and I healed up within six weeks. I am so pleased with his performance that I plan to have my right knee replaced within five months. He's a very caring and compassionate doctor and very easy to talk to. His nurse practitioner Jason is also outstanding. I believe that Dr. KEEN and his surgical group is probably the best in northern Florida.

When I saw Dr. Keen for knee pain in Sep 2018, he diagnosed it as arthritis based on x-rays alone. He administered a shot into the joint which had no affect. By Nov. the pain was constant and extreme. I called his office on the Mon. after Thanksgiving and was told that the earliest available appt. was Jan. 17 - seven weeks away! With the help of my PCP, I was referred to a better Orthopedic surgeon who saw me in 3 days and immediately ordered an MRI. The pain was from dual meniscus tears - not

Arthroscopic surgery fixed the problem long before Jan. 17. Dr. Keen is not patient focused and his office couldn't care less if you're in extreme pain. Look elsewhere.

Dr,Keen and staff the most caring and understanding. My 15 your old daughter says thats the best doctor she ever seen
