List of Katherine Mcmullan's Reviews
I contacted KHealth like I usually do 2 to 3 times a year for UTI. Dr asked the questions I expected her to and prescribed the antibiotics I needed. No issues, professional, and on point.
Didn’t listen at all. Ended the chat prematurely without any treatment being given.
Dr. McCullen works for K Health, which is where I get my depression medication (which I have been on for a decade). Every time I speak with her, she threatens to take away my prescription if I am late rescheduling the check up. No other doctor even mentions it, and they tell me I’m doing well. It’s terrible thing to do to people with mental health issues. She wants to play god and hang your life saving medications over your head. Really terrible.
I was diagnosed with a bacterial sinus infection last month and was prescribed antibiotics by another Dr at K Health which seemed to clear up the infection. A month later the infection is back and McMullen is pushing covid tests and covid on me. She only prescribed approximately $80 of over the counter medications which is useless for a bacterial infection. She said if I didn't like her diagnosis to go pay for another Dr. She's Rude and Unprofessional!
Did not listen to me and was dismissive of me. Just checked boxes on diagnoses and did not consider my medical history. She left me in tears.I know have to pay to see an additional doc and pay again
I needed to use K health recently and spoke with Dr. McMullen, she was helpful, polite and efficient with what I needed help with. I had almost no wait time.I didn't see anywhere on K health to leave a review so I looked her up. Would recommend if needing to speak with a doctor. Thanks again.
Dr. Katherine McMullan Works for K Health, an app designed to help people get simple medications quickly. She is atrociously bad at her job. She checks what time zone you are in and only responds to your chat when she thinks you are in bed so she doesn’t have to do anything. Her employer, K Health, then keeps your money and denies you a refund because the “doctor” tried to contact you at 3AM in the morning (16 hours after I started my visit with K health). Again: Dr. Katherine McMullan is atrociously bad at her job and I recommend you stay away from her and K Health.

Doctor that doesn’t listen and just collects a check. I advised of my strep throat symptoms, let the doctor know I had 2 coworkers out with strep and she only wanted to talk about Covid and told me I didn’t have strep. Had to go to emergency clinic and got a strep test that was positive and the antibiotics I needed. The only thing she told me was to drink tea. A waste of time and money talking to her. I highly advise getting another doctor that will actually listen to you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
