Both Drs. Shmunes (Kathryn and Neil) were excellent! Although I was lucky enough to have Kathryn as my eye surgeon, I got to meet her father as well. Both are professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful with patients! Dr. K. Shmunes made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Having your eyes operated on is a scary proposition, but I had no qualms after I had met and spoken with her. I had both eyes operated on for cataracts and the results are fantastic! I can't recommend her highly enough!!!!!

My experience at this office was delightful this morning. Dr. Neil Shmunes and his daughter Dr. Kathryn Schmunes were very professional and very thorough with their examination. I went in thinking I wanted a touch up on my eye lasik surgery done by someone else 16 years ago. Turns out they said I just had the start of cataracts and until my eyes got worse, I didn't need any surgery. Who does that? So honest of them . We made a 6 month appointment to keep tabs on it. I love these two and will be back in November. Wish there were more honest doctors like them! Cindy Dagevos

Have to give a five star shout-out to Dr. Shmunes and her team. They have made me abundantly confident in my decision for PRK laser surgery. The procedure has given me my freedom back. Thanks to Dr. Shmunes, I have been gifted the chance of care free, sharp, and clear vision without the burden of traditional lenses. Thank you, there is no where else I would trust with my eyes!

I am really impressed on how Dr Shmunes and Dr Hunt and staff had done an amazing job on my eye surgery. The staff was very nice and respectful to me. At first I was nervous, but the staff made me feel comfortable. The procedure was painless. I want to thank them for giving me a good outlook on life. I can see 95% better. Thank you Dr Shmunes and Dr Hunt!!

I have been going to Dr Shmunes since Feb 2021 and cannot say enough good things about her! She is professional, friendly and her medical expertise is top-notch! Her care and focus is patient-centered! She has performed cataract surgery in both of my eyes and the results are great! In addition, her staff are friendly and efficient! The fact their office is small allows them to get to know you in a persnal way - you dont get overlooked! My husband and I are both thrilled to be patients of hers!

We met Dr. Shmunes after my son ruptured his eyeball. She has been a staple in his follow up care. We enjoy seeing Dr. Shmunes and know we can trust whatever she says. She is smart and has a great personality which has put us at ease dealing with a difficult situation.

I could not be happier with the outcome of my cataract surgery. I no longer need glasses to read or for distance.
