Explained nothing and NO follow-up....Refused to give me a follow-up appointment stating that he did not do Follow-ups.....I would have received better care for my BACK SURGERY from my VET!!!!!...Had the bedside manor of a LIME!....Has no idea how to treat patients that are in pain, and showed NO COMPASSION whatsoever!!!!...This review comes from a patient that is a medical provider, this "Doctor"(and I use this term Loosely) should be ashamed of himself!!!!....And should not be allowed to "Practice" medicine.

He explained the procedure nicely,he was friendly and polite.Never said anything about what may happen if Plan A or Plan B didn't work.In the operating(?) room after trying to do the procedure I heard him say to his team "I can't do it,can't do it"That ended the procedure.The nurse who was looking after me came to me and said"The Doctor couldn't do the procedure because it would cause too much damage to my spleen".I asked her what was I supposed to do next? She told me I would have to an operation.That was that.Never saw or talked to Dr. Nordgren again!!
