If I could leave zero stars I would. After being recommended by a local walk in clinic to follow up with a primary care i was provided their information I contacted this office. I have been trying to see this Dr since November. My appts have been cancelled three times. Today I was cancelled the morning of my appt. I work in healthcare and couldn’t imagine running this type of business and putting out my patients. This has been a complete waste of my time. At this point I could have been established elsewhere and had my needs met. Drs/offices are a dime a dozen. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This was my first visit with Dr. Koss and her nurse, Carol. Both were very pleasant, professional and thorough. My only dissatisfaction was with my almost two hour wait to be seen . It also took me ten minutes to be able to sign in which made it seem I was late, which I was not. My professional experience with the doctor and nurse were perfect. Happy outcome all in all.☺️

I went in for my annual wellness visit and they billed it as an office visit. It should have been free, but they are charging me 200$ and refuse to correct it. I can't say if the services are good or not, but I can say they have no issue charging you for whatever they see fit. I've seen Dr. Koss twice so far, and I have to say that she is awesome! She is very thorough, kind, compassionate and such a great listener. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable with her. Yes, you may have to wait for a bit, but honestly, it's worth the wait because she's so great. The staff in the office have always been courteous and helpful. It's hard to get them on the phone sometimes, but when I leave a message, they get back to me promptly. Positive experience all around. Thank you!

The first time I met her, I was amazed with how Intensely engaged she was with me and my health history. Nobody has ever listened to me and actually understood my story to this degree. This was a surprise due to the weird insurance I had at the time. I don’t know what I expected, but it surely wasn’t someone that genuinely cared so much about me. I felt like god deliberately placed her with me and I’m so thankful for that. Going on a year later, Same energy. She runs behind sometimes, but it’s worth the wait knowing you will receive the same thorough care as the person ahead of you. Your not just another number to her, you matter .

I have waited over 2 weeks to get a call back about accepting me as a patient for Dr Koss. I filled out the paperwork and never heard anything back. I have a lot of health issues and I needed a primary right away as mine was no longer available. So now I found another Dr NOT in the millennium group.
