Dr. Dakouny is a wonderful, caring doctor! He always takes the time to listen & you never feel rushed. His staff is great! We are Blessed to have found him!

My husband and I love Dr. Dakouny. He is kind, caring and understanding. He takes the time to listen to us and we feel very safe in his care. As we enter into retirement, we are working to ensure that Dr. Dakouny's office will accept our new insurance as we don't want to go to anyone else!

After being misdiagnosed with another and going through a severe depression and serious migraines, God put Dr. Dakouny in my path. He's a great listener and spend the necessary time with you. After putting me on the right medication and right Specialists, my health took a 360 turn to better and better. Not counting the times he took care of me via Telehealth due to 2 x Covid and other issues, always making sure I had the right meds and following up checking on me. Dr. Dakouny listens to me. I think this is the most important thing I can say about him as his patient! He seems to be on top of everything and is more than competent at being a GP. While we may disagree about some things, I know that if he rejects my medical diagnosis there's a good reason why, and he will tell me. And he is always open to questions! I consider myself lucky to have him for a PCP, and hope he feels the same way about me as a patient.

Dr. Dakouny is more than a Physican. He is a friend. He is the most dedicated, hardworking and kind doctor I have ever met. He is truly committed to his patients well being and providing the best care possible.

After moving to FL from MA I began the search to find a PCP that would be as caring and competent as my PCP back home. Big shoes to fill. I am so happy to say the search is over! From my very first visit Dr Dakouny talked about the culture he has established for his practice. He spoke of genuinely caring about every patient, taking pride in being accessible when patients need him, his promise to respond to email within 24 hours and his approach of treating the whole patient. I felt he was sincere and left that visit feeling hopeful. I have since had many visits with him and find at every encounter his actions support his words. Dr Dakouny truly loves his patients, listens to you and develops appropriate plans and interventions. He has also focused on preventative measures to educate me on controlling my specific risk factors. He has more than earned my deep respect and total confidence in him. I feel better than I have in years because of his vast knowledge, skill and excellent care.

I didn't even make it to a first visit. Receptionist was entirely rude & unprofessional on two separate occasions. I had hoped to get myself and my young adult son set up with Dr. DaKouny as our PCP. Intially, I was told we couldn't as their office had run out of New Patient packets. What!?!?! I came to find out due to printer being broken. No words for that. She then advised me to call back in a week or two. I asked if I could fill it out online, but apparently this office hasn't moved into 21st century. NO ONLINE FORMS. My follow up call was even worse than first time. I had a left msg prior, yet did not hear back from office for hours. So, I called once again. I asked if she had planned to return my call with regard to new patient inquiry? And she literally said, 'If you would give me more than a minute, I would have eventually.' It had been many hours at that point. She instructed me to come to office to pick up packets and added, 'But, don't expect to see him anytime soon!' I replied, 'Oh, is it tough to get in to see him?' And she said, 'Yes, it is.' Her disposition & tone are hard to express through written word. But, I'm certain you can get the picture. What a wonderful & warm welcome to who would have been two new patients. The medical field has truly gone down the proverbial toilet. They do NOT love their profession anymore. They definitely do NOT care about patients or people in general. It's all about the money & 'WHO IS YOUR INSURANCE?' Do we get an hello first anymore? It's a sad place where we've arrived. I don't usually take the time to write reviews. I move on rather than dwell on it. However, I thought I'd warn you in wake of my very disappointing experience. Two weeks of waiting wasted on trying to find a respectable & professional medical establishment. NO SUCH LUCK HERE!!

What a genuine physician ! I am a new patient of DR.DAKOUNY and moved recently from Miane to Florida. My neughbors gave me his contact information and i established with him. He is caring compassionate and listened to all my concerns and addressed them. I am so happy that i found him.
