I am very pleased with my hearing aids. Chris has been working with me on making sure that I could hear what is going on around me.. Chris has worked with me the last month and I am so pleased with being able to hear much much better and so pleased with his kindness and ability.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the exam and with the knowledge of the doctor. He explained exactly what and why he was doing something. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions; even though we were running overtime. I would highly recommend his services. Joan Lester

On a recent visit to Audibel I was told that my very expensive 4 year old hearing aid was too old to adjust for any additional hearing loss. Chris Cordova told me that the technology was old when I bought it (at this same office!) and that he could no longer adjust it. When I purchased the hearing aid from Bradley Wagner I was told that I was buying 22 channel ‘state of art’ and was led to believe they would always adjust it when needed. The extra channels I paid for were supposed to make it more adjustable. Chris suggested that I buy a new hearing aid like all of his other clients are currently doing with their Ian insurance money. What Audibel doesn’t tell you up front is that their Audibel “circuitry” changes every 3 to 5 years and you hearing aid becomes worthless as they will no longer adjust it. (“I’d like to help you but I can’t even get into that computer system.” ) They also are selling you a closed system that no other company or physician can get in to update as your hearing changes. Buyer beware. Audibel is nothing more than an aggressive sales organization that manipulates Seniors to sell them hearing aids over and over where as one hearing aid properly managed could last for decades. Please keep your money in your pocket and find another non Audibel, non Starkey company to buy your next hearing aid. They deserve no stars!
