It was okay I had given birth via c section and the care was fair. It wasn’t over the top but it wasn’t the worst I could have gotten. I would of liked someone to help with breastfeeding more to check in on me more often.

Despite the sudden surge of COVID again and with limited staff our unexpected stay at Bayfront Health Port Charlotte went well. We received excellent care from everyone.

As I was connected to wires and tubes I needed to use the restroom. Unable to free myself I pushed the red button only to wait over an hour each time. Housekeeping was non existent I had to ask for every meal. Twice I was brought a very dry turkey sandwich. Never have I ever felt like anyone cared. Once I waited for the response from the call button over 90 minutes. A lady came to take me for mri. On the way I see many dr.s or nurses just sitting around. I told her I had to use the restroom and she said there wasnt time.

While at Bayfront everyone was helpful and nice. I barely had to ask for anything and if I did they were extremely polite. The nurses and Doctor Finley at labor and Delivery were amazing They checked on my constantly and helped coached me through with ease. Postpartum side was also amazing and helpful with the things I needed after delivery and checked on my husbandbaby and I often

I came in for a heart cath and ended up having quadruple bipass surgery. The Doctors and staff were awesome. The nurses I had were very very calming dedicated and comforting. Ken Tim Carrie Kelly Reta James Kathy and Brianna. I really appreciated the talking with Kelly she gave me some advised about coming out of anesthesia and being intibated. Which really saved me. My biggest complaint would be the noises from all of the bells alarms intercom announcements constantly made it impossible to get and rest relaxation for recovery. Also the recovery chairs could be upgraded to be more user friendly and comfortable the long time spent in them.

The front desk delayd me with hart attack i was in huge pain registering me and made me wait on waiting room i specified im having hart attack once they took me back they did a great job
