It's really a shame that everything comes down to money. I was looking for a new psychiatrist in the area to help with my depression and came across Elite DNA. I was interested in trying a treatment they were offering, TMS, which helps with depression. They told me I needed to pay my co-pay which is $25 a visit and with this type of service I could be going every day. As a person with not a lot of money this really is unfortunate. I wish I would have known this before I contacted this company. I will be searching else where in the near future to find a place that can provide this type of service. I heard other offices help make the treatment affordable and actually work with you if you cant afford the high copays apparently this company is not one of them.

My husband was referred for rather severe depression to this practice. We had an appointment for a Wednesday but when we arrived after spending the morning in much anticipation, were told “someone” had cancelled the appointment and no, they couldn’t fit us on the schedule. We accepted reschedule with “Heidi” to be done by teleconference 2 days later. They emailed us intake forms but we couldn’t open them online to access them. They called on Thursday to try to move the Friday call 11am from 1 pm. We couldnt do this due to a prior commitment on Friday. When it was close to the 1pm appointment time, Heidi telephoned to say she was sick and had to leave for the day, asked if we could reschedule. Again. Based on the office trying to move the appointment, I don’t believe she was sick. But whatever as we still couldn’t open the intake form online. Husband gave up, feels rejected by this practice and needs to get his meds; they let us down!!! Big time.

I'm am very happy with the level of care I received, everyone could not have been nicer from the start, I would definitely recommend to anybody who needs a little help.

WORSE PSYCHIATRIST DOCTOR I'VE EVER SEEN!I SUFFER FROM AND BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH DEPRESSION, PTSD, ANXIETY, AND PANIC ATTACKS AND DUE TO A MEDICATION I'M ON & HAVE TO TAKE THIS DICTDO WAS WRITING ME SCRIPTS THAT IF I WOULD HAVE TOOK ALONG WITH MY OTHER MEDICATION I HAVE TO TAKE DAILY I WOULD BE DEAD DUE TO THE RIDICULOUS MLGS, QUANTITY OF THE MEDS TO TAKE A DAY THAT THIS DOCTOR PRESCRIBED ME WOULD HAVE KILLED ME PERIOD AND IT WAS ALL BECAUSE HE DIDN'T WANT TO WRITE ME A SCRIPT FOR ME LIKE A KLONOPIN OR VALIUM OR 1 OF THESE THAT I'VE BEEN PRESCRIBED FOR BEING ON THE MEDS I HAVE TO TAKE DAILY WHEN I HAVE BEEN PERSCRPRES IN MY PAST FOR YEARS DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT'S A NEEDFUL MED I HAVE TO TAKE AND NEED TO AN ORDER TO HEKO ME WHEN I HAVE A PANIC ATTACK (WHICH I HAVE CURRENTLY THE LEAST ONCE OR TWICE A DAY;SOME DAYS ARE WORSE AND I GET AN INCREASE IN MY PANIC ATTACKS) AND THIS DOCTOR PRESCRIBED ME ENOUGH TO KULL A HORSE INSTEAD OF A PILL THAT'S BEEN PROVEN THAT IT HELPS ME;HE RATHER KILL SOMEONE INSTEAD OF HELPING THE PATIENT WITH THE MEDS THAT THEY KNOW HAVE HELPED. I HAVE EACH SCRIPT AND ALL HE'S PRESCRIBED ME AND I DON'T THINK THAT THUT DOCTOR SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO BE A PSYCHIATRIST WHEN HE KNOWS BEST NOT TO PRESCRIBE SOMEONE WHO TAKES THE SAME MEDS I TAKE DAILY OR IN THE SAME FAMILY SHOULD NECER BE MIXED OR ALLOWED TO BECAUSE THE PILLS HE PRESCRIBED AND THE MLG AND ALL WOULD KILL SOMEONE!!! EXTREMELY RUDE BEDSIDE MANNER!!!

Superb! Dr. Arias is a hoot. He makes you smile, even on the worst days. The staff is thorough and kind. I have never had a problem with anyone in this office. Rose and Wendy are fantastic! If you are looking for a wonderful doctor, then make an appointment with Dr. Arias and if he isn't available see the nurse practitioner Judy, she is the bomb! They both work hand in hand. You always know you are getting the best treatment with those two.
