I was sexually assulted and harassed while there. I asked many employees for a grienvance form. NO ONE would give me form. Still wont. Ill try again last time tomorrow without council. At this point I may just be better off hiring an attorney. No one deserves to live through what I survived while being held there against my free will. If your forced to be somewhere that allows patients to be harrassed belittled and sexually assulted thats well wrong The few bad apples are causing more trauma and not allowing healing. Its ludacris.

Im not happy with the communications I have had with the staff. I have to talk to the same aggressively rude man every time I call just to get no where with information.

I was called the day before as a reminder of my sons appointment 320pm. When we got there they said his appointment was at 3pm and I told her I was called the day before that it was at 320pm and I understood it was 10 minutes late. But I did not know it was at 3pm. The front desk register manager told me that she can put him on the medical need waiting list and to have a sit. 30 minutes later Cherie told us I am sorry but they can not see him today because of the time. I told her they confirmed the wrong time to me and she apologized that it was her who called me. And she said she can reschedule him buy it was the 2nd week of April. My son only has 3 pills left and he has the standardized testing next week. So she said Ill put you on the media need list and we got our hope high and we were sitting for about an hour so at 506pm I went to where cherie took my sons file. The lady said they will not be able to see him today and the people that was going to see him all left at 5pm.. why did you just let us site there. Very disappointed

Amazing second chance at life given to me by the great staff here. They helped me realize that my life matters and. All I do in it matters to the people who love me. The quality of life and how to make myself ready to enjoy ir clean and sober wirhout the brain comittee my voices telling me different. Eternally greatful for the life theu have allowed me to live and now I owe every last day to them.
