I wonder how much those commercials cost. Is that why Dr. Eric Schaible bills for appointments he does show up for or another tech you're just told to reschedule butt since you signed in, they can BILL or CHARGE You and your insurance company whether you're seen or not.I WONDER IF HE (DR. ERIC SCHAIBLE) CHARGED HIS MOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY FOR APPOINTMENTS THAT SHE NEVER HAD OR WAS SEEN? THAT IS INSURANCE FRAUD"THEY CARE!" ("NO, THEY CARE ABOUT COLLECTING MONEY")Place is a rip-off! They are only concerned about MONEY $$$$$They billed the insurance company for an appointment that didn't happen; I reported them!I was told I needed cataract surgery on both eyes and was told that it would be over $4200.00 per eye for the premium lens, and insurance doesn't cover it. They run expensive ads on TV, stating "They Care" THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY $$$$I had my surgery done at another office, starting with a "Z," and each lens was only $1850.00 for Premium Lens.I was told by Dr. Eric Schaible who called me personally that it was the industry standard on pricing and that there was nothing he could do on the cost. With the exact same lens that they would have used.

Rude, unorganized, horrible customer service.

Took my husband there the receptionist was not nice we walked in and she looked at me and said witch one of you is the patient I said he is she looked at me and said you'll have to wait outside. meanwhile I sat in my car for almost two hours and watched several people go in after I was told I couldn't stay in there wile other people that stayed in there with there husband's that were not told that they had to wait outside I am not happy with how I was treated my husband even said while he was sitting there other people were sitting there with their husband's and their friends

Unresponsive. 2 requests to send my records to another doctor and still no response. The wait time in their office is very very long. Very poor explanation before my cataracts procedure led to me making a wrong choice.

They talked me into Mono Vision, which is a near lens and a far lens, not good have not been happy ever since they did it. now they say there is nothing they can do , I have one small letter on top of bigger letter always blurry will never understand why they did this to me ,, if I wasn't a candidate for cataract surgery they should have told me and I would have gotten new glasses

Dr. Eric Scheibel has gone out of his way to help my vision improve. The first surgery didn’t go the best so at their expense they replaced my lens and gave me a refund for the difference in cost. I would highly recommend Dr. Scheibel.

I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Prabin Mishra few years ago with a small office procedure. However, recently I did not have a satisfying contact with this particular office. I ordered a new pair of glasses in January as my old frame got broken by my children. I was told that it would take up to 2-4 weeks to receive a new pair of lenses and the frame. It took at least 4 weeks or more without any way to check on the update of the order nor a way to express the shipping upon request. As an individual who is legally required to wear eywear for driving purposes this poses a difficult and unsafe situation for myself and others. I had to obtain contact lens prescription from a different provider to be able to drive to work in the meantime. The office is always busy and I was declined a request of making an appointment for pick up of the glasses or for any adjustments. This is very inconvenient as most of younger individuals work during the day and may not have half an hour or more to wait in the waiting room for a small matter that takes less than 5 minutes of their time. The optical department is usually closed from 12-2pm for lunch break which makes it more difficult to inquire a visit with them. I hope that some changes may be proposed in regards to optical department to aid in client customer service.

Moved to FL in Oct. In mid Nov. Called for appt. Scheduled one for Jan. Got call in Dec. Doctor wouldn't be available. Rescheduled Feb. Couple days ago again doctor won't be available. Rescheduled for late Mar. Told them to cancel. In Jan called someone else and got in next day. Something wrong with that picture. Won't be going here and would not recommend.

Dr. Simoneau and Jennifer are the best!!! They are friendly and very professional and caring. I have been a patient for 10 years and I would not go anywhere else!

I made an appointment a month ago for next month. They cancled on me and wanted to book for three months later! Then hung up on me and never called me back.
