Love seeing everyone at all my visits. Everyone is like a big family all caring and knowledgeable. Love my Doctor and my nurse and do considered them only mine lol 😆 that's a good feeling to have from the office of professionals who you look up to almost like we do Our Lord. Lol anyway if I can get there after being pretty isolated from the world and feeling down to leave with a warm feeling in my heart and laughter coming from my gut.i have multiple problems that many call me a Challenged Patient. I feel like Dr. Planer and my nurse seem to have a grip on most of my issues. On top of everything and never a problem getting in to see someone even my nurse visits 😆 I followed the Dr. And staff to their new location and I'll follow them again if need be. When you finally find a great Doctor to lean on i, n my experience, you stick with them as long as you can. When I had to leave for a couple years upon my return, I didn't even have to beg to return to seek treatment. They all welcomed me with open arms. Dr. Planer has been my primary physician since 2001. To say I have great respect and admiration for her is an understatement!! She is thorough, competent, and caring. She is not an alarmist and looks for the least invasive way to proceed. I have recommended her to many of my friends!! I only hope she never retires while I am still alive!!

Dr planer appears to be very active in listening to her patients with a good bedside manner response.

DR PLANER CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY AN OLD BOSS. MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WAS MADE ON A DAY THEY DO NOT SEE NEW PATIENTS AND WITHOUT MAKING CONTACT WITH ME THEY CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT TO A SOONER DATE THAT I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE. THAT WAS 2 YEARS AGO, AND NOT ONCE WAS IT EVER MENTIONED THEY WERE NOT SEEING NEW PATIENTS/ONLY SEEING NEW PATIENTS ON CERTAIN DAYS. THEY HAVE NOW SINCE BLACKLISTED ME AND DR PLANER WONT EVEN SEE ME. STATING THAT I WAS A NO CALL NO SHOW TO MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS THEN RETRACTED IT IN THE VOICEMAIL SAYING IT WAS JUST ONE APPOINTMENT. NOT ONCE HAS THIS OFFICE EVEN SPOKEN TO ME IN PERSON, THEN TO GET TREATED LIKE IM NOTHING AND UNWORTHY OF THEIR TIME.

Time to find a new Primary Physician! I started going here about 11 months ago. At first everything was fine. But over these 11 months I started noticing staff changes and not for the better. (as far as I, the patient is concerned). 3 ARPN’s, 2 nurses / nursing assistants, and at least 2 receptionists have left employment for reasons I can only assume. My last appointment (6/19/23) was a horrible experience which resulted in my decision. My appointment was at 2:40. I was not taken in to triage until 3:20, 40 minutes later than my scheduled appointment. As I sat in the waiting area I watched as people who arrived after me were called in. After waiting the first 20 minutes I thought maybe there was a mixup and they accidentally bypassed me so I respectfully questioned the receptionist and was told they are running a little behind I would be called momentarily. So I went back and sat down. I waited another 15 minutes as others came and left until I was the only person left. (now it was 3:15, 35 minutes beyond my appointment time.). By now I am annoyed and concerned as I had another scheduled appointment at 4:00, so I went back to the receptionist and complained. A staff member (nurse?) stepped out in a hallway across the opposite end of the reception area and shouted she is doing the best she can, that she was there alone and that I arrived 45 minutes prior to my appointment time. That I needed to sit down and someone would be with me as soon as possible. Her accusation that I arrived 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment was not only untrue but didn’t matter even if I did. My appointment was at 2:40 and it was now 3:15. She was not speaking to me face to face, she was shouting this loud enough that I (and anyone else) could hear from across the hallway on other side of the reception area (about 25-30 feet), through the glass partition separating patients from the receptionist. I responded back to her with the same amount of energy as I received, explaining that I was not here 45 minutes before my appointment but even if I had it didn’t matter, I’m speaking about the time of my appointment until the current time. I went back and impatiently sat down. I was finally taken back to the patient room at 3:40, 40 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment. A different girl came in and handled my triage. She was very nice but this differ girl makes me question what the first girl told me about being there alone doing “the best she can”. I waited in the patient room another 15 minutes until an ARPN, Kelli Moreau, I have never seen before came in and accused me of being “belligerent” to the staff. I respectfully responded that I was not belligerent, I was angry and responded with the same tone I received. There is a difference between angry and belligerent. I was not disrespectful in any way to anyone. I explained that I had another scheduled appointment at 4:00 that I now will be late to, if they can even hold it for me. If I had been told when I checked in that you were running approximately 40 minutes behind, I could have either contacted my next appointment to make arrangements or reschedule the appointment here. My time is just as important as her time. I could be charged for missing my next appointment because of this office’s failure to communicate this issue to me when I first checked in. Just as an added note. Two days prior I had cut my pointer finger. The finger adjacent to the finger they used to check my O2 saturation. I had the finger wrapped in very obvious gauze tape. I was also wearing a knee brace due to a recent strain. Neither of these issues were the reason I was there, but as my “Primary Care Physician” wouldn’t you think they would have at least commented or asked something like “Did you cut your finger” or “What happened to your knee?” or something? I perfectly understand that someone before me could have had an issue that resulted in the need for more mod their time than estimated causing a domino effect putting them behind schedule, but in all fairness to the patients, communicate it.

I have been seeing Dr. Planer for a number of years now. I wouldn’t feel comfortable seeing anyone else. She is always cheerful and “listens” to your concerns. She always makes sure your questions are taken seriously, and she answers them for you. Her staff is great as well. I am very happy with her as my primary.
