Not good at all,,,, I had to find a Doctor to get better. He didn't even read my chart and asked a nurse what they were doing at every one of my appointments. I steadily went down hill going to him and getting treated by his nurse. Beware

The PA here is the dumbest individual I've ever met. He's cost me more money than necessary. I do love the doctor, but he never seems to be in the office. The PA called a ambulance on me. Never told me why and I asked multiple times. I'll be looking for a better doctor's office.

We loved Dr Ballestas. I personally was told when I called to make an appointment that he was gone. I asked when he was coming back and was told he wasn’t! I saw one of the NP’s and asked him what was going on with Dr Ballestas. Did he retire? He told me not to spread gossip! I was originally told by Dr Ballestas office he was gone! How is that gossip? He never answered me. One of my Specialists was going to have my Primary follow me. When they saw Dr Ballestas was my primary, they told me they heard he was leaving! So they referred me to another Primary. NOW, I hear he’s there but part time. I don’t know! He was a great doctor to us and we would not have left, if we knew what was really going on!

Dr. Ballestas has been my primary care physician for 8 years.......he's the most knowledgeable diagnostician I have never known....... courteous staff and A1 nurses......

I've been a patient since 2007 and wouldn't want to be seen by anyone else. Dr. Ballestas is very thorough with exams and testing. He takes the time needed to listen and answer questions. He tells it to you straight, no sugar coating, because he truly cares about your health. I appreciate his honesty.
