Extremely Disappointed with Dr Hunnius and his Nurse.We originally called for another Dr but were directed to him do to the other doctor retiring soon. We searched Dr Hunnius' credentials, filled out all paper work and provided all our records. We communicated well with office staff ( missy )waited 2 months for the appointment, drove 2.5 hours to see him and to greeted with a very tired, grumpy older nurse with absolutely no personality, not even a hello. We,are a married couple of many many years had 2 separate intake appointments. We were told by the tired old nurse that they would not see us together. Ok, they could see me alone but I did need to be in the room to go over all husbands issues along with him since he has had many life threatening issues and doesnt remember everything. She was unbelievably rude and said ABSOLUTELY not. The nurse was terrible aggressive and argumentative. I had to politely interrupt her just to explain the situation and see if we could compromise but she kept interrupting me and stating no, we dont see people together. I finally said, had we had know this,, we would have never chosen this doctor and office. We stated that he is not obviously nor his staff the people we would like to over see our care. . The doctor came out of the back and looked at me and NEVER said anything. They obviously didn't care what so over including Dr Hunnius. I would proceed with ExTREME caution whith this office and highly do not recommend. HORRIBLE and SAD EXPERIENCE!

My visit at MPG was great! All the staff, from the front office staff, my nurse who asked me questions about why I was there, and even the Doctor, cared about me and my health issues. It was a full support network of the entire staff, that made me feel at ease. Especially Missy, when she thanked me for filling out my pre-appointment online.

Fantastic experience on my 1st visit. Had a 9:00 appointment, they called me in at 9, WOW. Nurse got some history and did vitals and Dr Hunnius was seeing me within 10 minutes, double WOW. All 4 people I had interaction with today were very friendly. Stay tuned.
