David M Klein's Online Review Report Card

Horrible service. They just cancelled my appointment with no explanation and no possibility to schedule new appointment which is ok because I will never be back to see them. Once again absolute nightmare to deal with that office. Doctor doesn’t know what is doing and very rude staff.

Not happy . Rushed appointment. Not correct prescription. Didn’t really check my child eyes and prescribed glasses based on what machine read , how strong are my child current glasses. Problem is that machine checked it wrong . When came back to the office to resolve it I was send back home with no resolution.

Great caring doctor and staff. Internet shows open now. 1:45p. I called and answering service took call. Lunch maybe. Will call back.

I called Doctor Klein’s office yesterday because I had something stuck in my eye for two days and immediately got a same day appointment only a few hours later. With my appointment scheduled for 1:45, by 2:05 I was already on my way back out. The office staff was friendly and efficient, with the i processing paperwork consisting of two pages ( the first being the who, where from, and how to contact, and the second being allergies, medications, and primary physician). Doctor Klein is a Lao a very down to earth individual and I feel he represents what most of us can only hope for when choosing a physician. He treats his patients like actual people, not numbers, and clearly is very good at what he does. I very highly recommend him to anyone seeking a ophthalmologist!

Dr. Klein just corrected my left lazy eye at age 67! I was born with it! In my later years it's been really bothering me with my focus and just my entire life. He knew exactly what the issue was and totally understood when I explained how it felt. I know from experience that not all ophthalmologists do understand this issue of exotropia... Please don't hesitate if you have that kind of issue with your eye or eyes. He is the best!

What an amazing practice!! I was anxious and very uncomfortable… it’s all fun and games until you injure your eye. Dr. Kline and his staff exceeded my expectations. Within 24 hours I could see again and was on the road to recovery. Miracle workers!!!

Dr Klein is a.first class ophthalmologist as well as a wonderful person. I visited the local hospital's emergency room late one Saturday night practically blind. Dr Kline made the effort to come to the hospital diagnose the issue, treat it and followed up with me the next day to be sure i was at the pharmacy getting the medication. I had a viral infection in both eyes that if it had gone untreated ..that day.. could have resulted in permanent blindness. God bless him and all the charity work he does for the Virginia Andes Foundation.

Dr Kline was called at 3am when I was in the ER with pain. He got me in first appointment the next morning and was very kind. He listened and seemed to truly care. See him in 2 weeks, hopefully good news.

Dr Klein saw me on a Sunday when I poked my eye with a cactus.. I had seen a Dr on a tel-a-video, no confidence with that. Dr Klein saw me in his office, prescribed the medication I needed and I felt so much better. This man has a heart of gold!
