A very rude doctor thinks hes the greatest. NOT. I made an appointment to see him. He is very cocky he asked me why I was there? I told him because the two phone calls didnt quite cut it for me. You dont know me I cant breathe I have emphysema. I should be seen by a doctor. When I got there he asked me so what do you want me to do? I felt like telling him to do his job. But I didnt. I left and finding somebody else now a real caring doctor is what Im looking for because its certainly not in Dr. Soto. What he should have done is put me on a bronchulator. But instead I guess he needed instructions on how to listen to my lungs and so forth. If I were you I would choose any other dr.

I have no problem with the Doctor But Staff has a lot to be Desired I’m a patient of Dr. Soto if you can talk to him personally. We have been a Patient along with my Wife 5 years or so. Staff doesn’t inform patients of rules or regulations of supplies. For the life of me with a big operation like this it takes 24 to 48 hours to get back to you. I really don’t feel of any VALUE.?? 3 weeks ago Supplier for my breathing machine called and ask what supplies I needed for my breathing machine. Order supplies 3 weeks ago. Called supplier of breathing supplies and said they need a script and to be seen by Doctor. No one in this large Staff of Specialized in Breathing must have Staff meetings of what’s going in this so called Health Institution. I personally don’t believe Doctor is aware of his staff not solving problems.

The staff is friendly. They return calls quickly. Dr. Soto is concerning and answers most o f my questions. I would definitely recommend him.

I am a nurse anesthetist CRNA and I have a long and complicated history that began shortly after I graduated from my anesthesia program in 1985. I recently relocated to Punta Gorda and within hours of making the move I ended up in the ER in Afib for the 3rd time in 6months. I had my 1st appointment with Dr. Soto about 2 weeks ago and I was very impressed He was patient and attentive as I laid out my history and current problems. I feel that I am in good hands with him and his staff has been wonderful to deal with as well.

Dr is a great Dr He got my bad Asthma under control He is the best

I have Scleroderma Raynauds lung disease emphsema mild PAH and heart disease. I have been on oxygen for 3 years on activity because i get extremely short of breath.. Did my six minute walk and numbers did not fall so he is telling me I dont need oxygen.. Well my pulmonary Dr. from SC says I do and it does help me when I use it.. Not impressed.

While I like Dr. Soto the staff there...well lets say thats a different story. I have been there three times now and in that time my 1st appointment got rescheduled 2 different times by them my second time there was no issues that I remember now my 3rd time originally I changed my date once they sent me a message confirming my appointment...it was the wrong date and time...so I called and made sure it was changed to the correct time and date...now they sent me another email with the new confirmation and again it was wrong...I dont get it. If your retired and have nothing better to do then chase appointments then this is the place for you...I work for a living and my family depends on me being at work so I dont have time for it.
