The worst staff and no privacy! You go in and all of them are talking to each other about various things to include non-medical things and ignoring you while you stand there waiting plus the office space for patients to sit is way to cramped. Just not ideal when they ask you personal information because all the other patients can hear anything you say, not privacy! I would recommend finding another office with more privacy and an MD Urologist!

After getting an abnormal result from another lab,I did urine test and was put on antibiotics and was told a culture was being done. They would call with results. After over a week, I called office and was told they had only one doctor and one nurse working and they were taking care of patients in the office. They didn't have the time for phone calls. I called again and still don't have results from culture. Still have pain and swollen lymph nodes. I agree with other reviews, they just care about patients visits and they don't care if you get results from test.

Definitely do not recommend at all. I will be contacting the VA and my congressman about getting them removed from community care. Wasted my time and taxpayer dollars. Was supposed to have surgery in March they refused to do it on the day of because I didn’t have a ride home which could have been done by the VA. Then said they would contact me about when the Dr. Would be in the hospital. Was never contacted and called and left messages many times to not be contacted.

I have had 2 appointments rescheduled because they wait until the day before my appointment to send in the referral paperwork for my insurance to approve the visit. The first visit was almost canceled but the nurse got it approved over the phone. Seems like very incompetent people working in their office.

I was only ever able to see him once and he seemed competent and attentive to the issues I was having but…The problem is the staff. Over a period of almost 3 weeks I left several messages with his nurse to call me regarding my medication and I have heard absolutely nothing. After about a dozen calls, one trip in to the office (they are apparently only open Thursday’s at my location), and a call to the business office with a request to send a message to Dr Coronato’s nurse to call me back I finally reached a live person. Unfortunately after explaining all of the trouble I have had and that I have not yet been able to start the medication because of it the receptionist told me to “call and leave another message for the nurse” and that basically, they are too busy and short staffed to do anything else to help me.As a patient and an RN I can’t recommend. What good is a Dr or clinic that refuses to communicate with their patients and acts put upon when asked for help?

Dr. Eric Coronato and staff you truly are a blessing. I have been a patient of Dr. Eric Coronato for a few years now and I can not begin to express fully in words the gratitude for Dr. Coronato and his staff. I had a Vasectomy produce performed by this amazing group of professionals. They are without a doubt a true blessing in everyway possible. I do not care for the hospital scene as many are and needles. Ugh. But l will share with you that from the beginning Dr. Eric Coronato and his staff made me feel so at ease and as comfortable as I could possibly be. They have the best bed side manners, compassion, understanding, thorough attention to details and absolute concern for my visit there. I can not even begin to put in full words the gratefulness and respect I have for everyone in the office and at Gulf Pointe Surgical Center. He is in my opinion the best Urologist Doctor ever from beginning to end. Search no more. Trust me I will always continue to go to him and his staff. Thank you so much for the care and love. Continued blessings to you all.
