I found Dr. Gebauer to very knowledgeable, pleasant. He showed genuine interest to my concerns and condition. He explained in detail his opinion of my condition, and explained my X-rays very well. He gave me excellent advice and explained my options then outlined a plan. It was a pleasure to meet him and looking forward to his plan for my recovery. The staff were very helpful and kind. My appointment was at 11:15am and I was called in to see the doctor at 11:30. Thank you all for the wonderful support and experience.

I had the surgery once before and had a certain level of expectations going in. He was frank with me which I prefer and appreciated. He got right down to the options on what needed to happen after looking at my MRI to fix the herniation. Once it came down to talking about surgery, he also provided a couple different options on what I could do invasive wise. Me being younger, he gave really good advice on why one surgery would be more appropriate than the other. He’s very professional and will thoroughly answer all of your questions. He is highly trained and very friendly! You may have to wait a little bit to get seen but him and his staff are always on the move! The visit will be quick but he’s got my respect. 10/10

Dr. Gebauer gave me a thorough exam for my neck and lower back.. I appreciated how well he listens and was helpful in a referral for me for physical therapy.

Had appointment for 9:30 am did not see the Doctor until almost 10:45 am. Had Doctor visit and at end Doctor ordered a CT SCAN. He then left the exam room and left me sitting there. After about 5 minutes when I felt no one is going to come back in and escort me to the check out window as has been the procecure bafore this I left the exam room on my own and checked out. CT SCAN order was waiting for me at the check out window. While I was walking to the check out window ALL of the medical assistants were just standing around the desk in the center of the room laughing and have good time while I am sitting in the exam room thinking someone will be escorting me out. Very disapointed in this. Also this is not the first time I have not seen the Doctor on time. Most of the visits took at least 45 minutes before I was even called to go in. Let alone see the Doctor. One time I sat in the waiting room for and hour and a half. Said they needed an auth but never informed me during the wait while I was sitting there. This may be the last time I use the is facility.

I meant to give 5 stars for his staff, office cleanliness and overall Office etiquette.

It was my first time visit to Dr. Gebauer. It was not only a great experience but it also far exceeded my expectations. Dr Gebauer listened to me with my concerns. He gave me excellent advice and started getting me on a pain management program. Dr Gebauer made me feel so comfortable. He also has a spot on staff. Highly recommend!!!!
