I went for my 1st visit as a referral and they sent paperwork to my home ahead of time to be completed. I completed all 12+ pages and they took it as soon as I got in. Then they had a nursing assistant, who could barely get her thoughts straight, asking me all the same questions. Not sure about you, but no 12 more pages of history for me, especially if the questions are by an airhead. They did not want to use what I brought in. Wasted my time and had attitudes about wanting it done twice. I would not recommend new patients go there!

I’m surprised to read a few of the reviews on Dr Herman Gleicher. My husband and I have been going to him for two years. Never had a problem getting an appointment. You can also email him and his assistant on line and they always respond to my request quickly. I would highly recommend him. Never do I feel rushed and he always takes his time.

The Dr. seemed caring and professional. The office staff is incompetent, rude, irresponsible. I would not recommend going to this office. Had to go to alternative MD for illness due to receptionist not giving me an appointment or returning call. I became increasingly ill waiting for care.

Made an appt 3 weeks ago. Was sent paperwork and filled it out. When I arrived at office I gave them the paperwork and my id and insurance card. I was asked to take a seat. A woman called my name and said the dr can’t see you because of 2 medications you are on because they are considered controlled substances and our practice doesn’t see anyone on this type of medication. The person I spoke to didn’t know what she was talking about because I was only on 1 medication that was considered a controlled substance. She said they tell you that when you make the appt. I said no one ever told me that. She said I sit up hear and listen to the girls ask the questions. I asked her if she could recommend another dr and she said no I can’t. She was extremely rude. The office should say that on their paperwork also that they don’t see clients on certain medications. I would definitely not recommend this practice.
