My significant other went in for his six-month check-up, Dr. Gagliardi noticed his heart rate was very low (30) and insisted that he go directly to the ER. I feel Dr. Gagliardi saved John's life! He required double (Left & Right Catheterizations), with two new Stents and cleaning two existing Stents. Thank you to Dr. Gagliardi and his excellent staff. Tracey Ryan & John DePolo

She makes you wait in waiting room at least 2 hrs before being called in. She doesn’t answer messages and doesn’t help you get referrals. She says if you don’t like the wait then we are not a match.

Ida is wonderful...she is very caring and doesn't just give you 2/3 mins and leave...she is really good on ordering all texting, blood work, etc...best doctor i have ever had over 25 years...thanks IDA and staff is A++ gets everything done right away!

Dr. Gagliardi may nice but this practice is just plain wrong. Who makes appointment with people and have a time set for you to show just to tell you, you have 13 people ahead of you and you'll have to wait hours to been seen or you can reschedule and do this all over again on another day you took time out to come in here and it doesn't seem to matter to anyone there. How can you advertise walk in's if you can't even get the people who have appointments.Patient

Had 9:30 appointment, waited for two hours and still never saw the doctor. I finally left and the staff told me that for ten years she has set her appointment s so it takes two hours or longer to see the doctor.

Dr. Gagliardi is the most caring and thorough Dr I have ever been to. You may have to wait a little bit to see her but thats because she takes time to listen to each of her patients.

This was a very upsetting visit I waited 2 hours and 15 mins and still no doctor. They have a check in system that is initiated via text messages but they didn’t say a word to me about it. So I was in the dark, I thought when I signed in, I was checked in. Then after being there for 45 mins I’m asked if I got a text... which is a little ironic since there are at least 4 signs in the waiting that say “No Cell Phones!” I then had to wait for a text and go through all the paperwork electronically. I was told I would be next. 4 people that came in after me then went back to the exams rooms ahead of me because the system had them checked in. Once in an exam room I waited 42 more minutes and no doctor. That was enough. I ran into the doc laughing and chatting in the hallway on my way out. She confirmed she was not the doc for me by telling me that the wait for her is usually at least 2-3 hours. That is how she books her day with the INTENT to disrespect patient’s time with a long wait.

Horrible office. After 2 ER visits still can't see the doctor. Find a doctor that cares for her patients and their health.
