Ida Joann Gagliardi's Online Review Report Card

I've been going here for the last 2 year's, I've been trying to get a perscription refill for over a week. I was told I may need to schedule an appointment but a request would be put in with the doctor over a week ago and now I've called 5 times with the promise of a call back and nothing. I kinda need my medication. Not to mention as Per income my last 2 10 minutes check ups cost me over 600 on a low income asingle parent

Waited a while to see her which I was warned to expect that, as she does not rush through her patients appointments, bmy first visit with her she genuinely listened to my concerns with issues I’d been facing unanswered for so long, she got me the appropriate medicine and referrals in place and I am no longer struggling today. She’s amazing and WORTH THE WAIT 😊

My mother was a patient of this doctor when they suspected she had cancer back in 2016. They turned her away on the day she was supposed to get her results because she had made a complaint about a rude nurse treating her inappropriately during her previous visit. By the time my mom was able to be seen by another doctor, it had progressed to stage 4. She's been battling it for years now and the likelihood of remission seems slim. I'm sorry for anyone who has to go here. Most people don't choose this practice, they have to go because it will take care of low-income people. I wish everyone better medical care than what my mother got.

Appointment was for 10:15, checked in online to avoid the longer wait I thought. 4 hours later still nothing had to leave because I work at 1 :30 waste of my day. If you come here take the day off or better yet find a better place to go

My significant other went in for his six-month check-up, Dr. Gagliardi noticed his heart rate was very low (30) and insisted that he go directly to the ER. I feel Dr. Gagliardi saved John's life! He required double (Left & Right Catheterizations), with two new Stents and cleaning two existing Stents. Thank you to Dr. Gagliardi and his excellent staff. Tracey Ryan & John DePolo

Waited 6 weeks to get a physical. After arriving 30 mins early and completing the new patient record, i sat for about 25-30 mins when I was told that Dr Gagliardi runs a hour behind. Why don't they schedule accordingly and why wait until I am already here for 30-40 mins to tell me this? Severely unprofessional and a huge waste of 6 weeks waiting then the day of the half scheduled appt! DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! AND sign said you must wear mask over nose and mouth everywhere in the building. Two people I saw had no masks on. UNPROFESSIONAL. AND the Front desk staff members were snarky as someone else posted.

Dr. Gagliardi is a breath of fresh air. With tough illness comes uncertainty and fear, this is how I met doctor G. I had an emergency that put me in the hospital and left me disabled for life. At the time, the only thing I cared about was the fact that I found a Doctor that cared about my situation and made sure all referrals were in place and executed asap. After surviving a flesh eating bacteria, endless surgeries and not even having insurance at the time, To give a negative rating because of wait time is unfair. Look, be patient, people. Yes, there is sometimes a long wait but Dr G takes her time to listen to each patient's concerns so she can treat that person's overall health. She has provided me solid answers regarding my health issues and has gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. It is rare in today's world to have a care provider that actually does care so I will happily wait how ever long is needed to see her. Staff are always kind, personable and helpful on each and every visit.

She makes you wait in waiting room at least 2 hrs before being called in. She doesn’t answer messages and doesn’t help you get referrals. She says if you don’t like the wait then we are not a match.
