Wonderful experience as a new patient establishing care.

I was very impressed that Dr. Garcia took the time to understand my health matters and also went above and beyond the required while trying to find solutions that worked for me. For the first time I felt like a Dr. was actually listening to me and working with me. I was disappointed to leave Florida and Dr. Garcia. Thank You Dr. Garcia

Dr Jose Garcia is definitely my favorite Dr. I've never had a DR like him. He's very caring, very knowledgeable, very thorough, spends as long as you need to explain whatever it is that's on your mind. He'll even ask about your family life and interests etc. I can't say enough good about Dr Jose Garcia !!!

Dr. Garcia treated me for a while. I was disappointed when he acted not professional with me. He told me he couldn't treat me because I wasn't taking a medication he had prescribed me. I have a lot of side effects with different meds. It's the 1st time in my lifetime that a doctor behaved with me like this. He disrespected me in front of my husband.

Dr. Garcia diagnosed and successfully treated a condition of mine in one consultation that an entire team of my previous doctors failed to do. He takes his time listening and he is genuinely concerned with your health. Dawn in the office is very nice to work with, quick to take care of business and thorough. 5 stars for a professional, personable office where I am being well looked after.

My parents moved to the area a week and a half ago and unfortunately my father experienced a stroke. Dr. Garcia came highly recommended by the nurses at a local hospital, and I gave his office a call first thing. Dr. Garcia’s office took my frantic phone call begging for an appointment, and squeezed my father in for their first cancellations - within 2 days of calling! During the appointment Dr. Garcia genuinely listened to my fathers concerns and took over an hour to discuss everything and ensure his comfortability and comprehension. I was so impressed with Dr. Garcia’s palpable compassion, and so were both my parents. I feel so fortunate that Dr. Garcia was willing to accept my father so quickly as a patient. I truly feel more at ease returning to my home (out of state) because my father is in his care. As such, I highly recommend Dr. Garcia!

We moved here three years ago and finally found him, what a wonderful man and smart as any doctor right know. The receptionist is also fabulous

The staff is terrible. And Dr Garcia will talk about you in the next room where you can here him and Heather wispering. Dawn, the receptionist, will tell you that to contact you via email or letter is not their practice. The nurse practitioner Heather will scream at you over the phone to the point you have to call her a B and hang up. Then they will send you a discharge letter because you don't agree with how they handle their communication practices. All at the same time you've been possibly diagnosed with cancer. So if you want a practice that cares about their patients,...don't go here. I sat in the office and listened to other people complaining about thelack of communication they recived...and come to find out, they did the same to me....just a heads up. Call me disgruntled, if you will. But its really bad. Only for the passive. Steven Hart
