I was seen by Dr. Memoli at Community Eye Center in Port Charlotte, FL. I’ve had several eye surgeries and my vision is not good. I found her to be thorough, comforting, and reassuring. I felt like she cared.

I saw Dr Karen Memoli for an eye exam here in Sebring Florida and she told me I need it extensive test to check what she thought was liquid on the back of one eye. After having all the expensive test and left her office I felt I was taking for a ride so I thought of getting a second opinion to confirm what she told me was not true. Not only did I not have liquid on the back of the eye but according to her prescription did not need new eye glasses . Buyers beware she is out to steal your money and time.

Dr. Memoli has been my optometrist for over fifteen years and I have found her to be caring, thoroughly professional and very concerned with patient care. As I have the start of some small cataracts, she is very careful to assess any growth and I feel confident in her recommendations. I highly recommend her.

Be cautious, if using this physician. I made an appointment with Dr. Karen Memoli, OD's office (optometrist), because my health insurance gave me her name for taking an eye exam to get glasses. I mentioned another issue at the time of my appointment and her technician and the doctor ran many test on me that were unnecessary. Dr. Memoli told me at the end of my appointment that all my issues were age-related, but charged me outraged amounts. Dr. Memoli thinks she is a specialist.
