Kenisha Pemberton's Online Review Report Card

I’ve had visits with telehealth providers a number of times in the past few years but never felt as confident in the process as I did with Dr. Pemberton. She was thorough and kind, taking time to ask many questions and explain not only the prescription she prescribed, but also the reason for the choice among the other options and protocols available. She was excellent and I recommend her highly.

I recently had a virtual visit with Dr. Pemberton and couldn't have chosen a better doctor. The appointment went really well. She had a poised demeanor, empathetically listened to my health concerns, and was able to provide professional advice in the most authentic and compassionate way. I left my appointment feeling much better after talking with her. I highly recommend Dr. Pemberton to help with any medical needs you may be experiencing.

Dr. Pemberton listened to my reason for my visit, thoroughly. She examined everything that I had a complaint on. Left no stone unturned and truly showed her compassion she has for her career and helping others. I felt comfortable with her and left the office without any questions that didn’t get answered. You will feel blessed having her as a doctor. Her concern and care is top notch. She definitely places the bar high in this field, if you want my honest opinion. You just don’t find doctors like this anymore. I walked in, feeling terrible from symptoms and not expecting the care I received. I walked out feeling cared for and like a human being and not just a “number”. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a doctor like her and would give her more than 5 stars, if able. She truly is that doctor that everyone craves for. Caring, honest, concerned and attentive.

I had a tel med visit with Dr Pemberton. She took her time with me explaining my condition and why it may be happening. She was knowledgeable about what I could do to improve my health. She was kind, caring and empathetic. She was not rushed and answered my many questions. Looked over my medical history plus reviewed my medications for why I was taking them. It takes a lot to impress me and she did.

Kenisha is very personable and immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. She met me where I was and listened intently to my issues. After understanding the problem, she took in to account my medical history and then used her expertise to provide care. Telehealth services are very easy when you find the right doctor, and Kenisha is it!

Dr. Pemberton was very thorough and even saved me money with a prescription coupon! She went the extra mile in service!

Dr Pemberton reviewed all symptoms, asked questions and looked for drug interactions. She was thorough and kind. I would definitely see her again..

I just completed a visit with Dr. Pemberton, and was very pleased by both her professionalism and friendliness. She was very thorough with her questions while diagnosing me, and then making sure that my current medication would not be affected by the treatment that I needed. This was the first time I used the virtual visit feature of insurance. I had an incessant cough that would not go away. The doctor assigned to me was Dr. Kenisha Pemberton and she was fantastic! She took the time to explain to me the various sources of the cough and appropriate treatments. I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Pemberton following a positive COVID-19 screen. Dr. Pemberton was very professional, thorough and kind - she reassured me about the medication I would be taking and submitted the prescription. I wish I could see her for a primary care provider.
