Liliana Montoya's Online Review Report Card

I had a test for Parkinson's a month ago in their office. I ended up in the emergency room with an artirial bleed. Couch soaked in blood. Called them - they said put a tighter bandage on it. Called again - office closed and no emergency contact. Ambulance came. Called the office the next day to inform of the issue. Any call back to see how I was doing? NO. Have called twice for my results - from May 31st. Today is 6/27 - they didn't even bother to call me back. Lawyer anyone?

I have a laundry list of medical issues and Dr Montoya is one of the most caring considerate doctors I've been to. With MS comes unpredictable flares and the staff always get me in for treatment asap when needed. The staff is always kind and courteous.

I had similar experience as the other rater. Even worse, she kept telling me to "do yoga" to get better and "exercise" even though I was and my blood pressure still dropped to 46/23 and I almost died. Everyone there isn't nice, and the doctor just wants to keep you coming but do nothing and get paid. She's what I call a "medicare doctor". I've read different stories online about her education. She comes from Colombia, which means at the time she got her "degree", it was very corrupt and most rich people then just gave money to get their degrees. She definitely seems like one of those types.

I’m glad I found Dr. Montoya. She is as knowledgeable as my neurologist up north. I was nervous about finding someone here. She prescribes my monthly infusion and my medication. I see her as soon as I get back to PG that way I can ask any questions etc. I can send her a message on the Patient Portal and she responds in a day or so. I like that. I highly recommend her.

I went to Dr. Montoya for chronic pain and paresthesias in both arms and hands. While she was examining me and doing all the neurologic tests, I started moping and crying about a man who had left me two years before. Dr. Montoya saw that I passed all the neurologic tests, and yet I had these symptoms. At the end of the visit, she looked me in the eyes and said, Do you want to keep on feeling sorry for yourself or do you want to get better? She knew my symptoms were due to stress over past hurts, not a physical cause. I went home, thought, and decided "get better." Next morning my symptoms were gone. My mind had cleared up over that breakup, and my body relaxed. I had no more numbness or tingling. That has maintained the last three months, even through the hurricane. Because I am now confident and relaxed.

Dr. Montoya and her staff are wonderful. We took my 81 year old mother who is suffering severe memory loss to the office for an evaluation and to discuss her MRI results. From the first call to schedule the appointment through the whole office visit, everyone was nice, kind and most of all PATIENT! The doctor spent over an hour with us explaining the disease and showing us the MRI. I am SO thankful we found this doctor.

Dr. Montoya, is an excellent Dr. She exceeded my expectations.

Love Dr Montoya and Lynn Stengel. Pandemic has thrown office staffing off but I definitely will continue with them as their care of my MS has been excellent.

Fabulous! Dr. Montoya is one of the sweetest, intelligent and most understanding doctors that's treating my Brain Tumor & very painful Trigeminal Neuralgia. She's thorough and pays attention to all you say. She has great knowledge and source of treatment methods and I feel right at ease with every visit. Her office staff are also funny and caring.
