Luis Casanova Md's Online Review Report Card

Been a patient of Dr. Casanova for over 15 yrs. The last visit was for my yearly checkup (which I haven't had for about 3 years due to the pandemic and Dr. Casanova being out for medical issues), I received a bill for $300.00. After calling the office, they told me it was what Dr. Casanova wrote as we discussed on the visit, and since I have been his patient for such a long time and we have not seen each other for so long I thought he was asking to find out how I was doing, and I responded to all of his questions. Next thing I know I get a $300 bill from his office. When I called the office to find out why this bill was, they told me they were not able to assist me and to call the Shorepoint billing department. I proceed to call ShorePoint and they told me they were going to investigate and nothing happened either. I guess I'm out of $300. Since Dr. Casanova join Shorepoint, now you will be a patient number, not a cared patient. If you visit the office do not talk and be careful with your answers. You will get a surprise bill. By the way, the same thing happens when with wife visited a few days later.

Great Dr. for my husband. Very thorough, approachable and knowlegible. He is definitely a 10/10! Unfortunately, Office rarely answers the phone or returns messages. Recently, trying to get an apt for kidney stones. Never heard back after leaving messages for a week and gave up. More recently, broken ribs. It was almost a week before he could actually talk to someone for an apt after leaving a message everyday. It was explained away as staffing issues. More recently, it's been another week and no office response to messages. Will have to seek out a new Provider as there is just no access to this one.

The wait time overall was very good.

My first visit was very nice. The office staff was friendly and Dr. Casanova made me feel very comfortable and I felt him very thorough.

This doctor Is amazing. I’m new where and was skeptical and he calmed me and his experience and clam demeanor made me feel Calm and in good hands. I highly recommend him.

Everything was well organized and Dr. Casanova was very cordial and well to the point. I would highly recommend him to a friend.

I give Dr. Casanova a 5 but his stuff needs mayor improvement I haven’t let there because I know Doctor Casanova is a wonder caring Doctor we’ve known each other for over 30 years the office I give 1 Star

Dr Casanova has been our family doctor for many years.There is no doctor on this planet that compares to him. His wife Dr Ena Casanova is our grandsons doctor. Absolutely awesome!!

It took months for my first patient appointment but I am so glad I waited. The office staff was professional and nice. Once I got into see the Dr. Casanova he took so much time with me. He reviewed prior test results I had had and explained them in terms I understood. After that he asked if I had any questions, and answered them all. He NEVER made me feel like he was rushing. He has a great sense of humor and a good bedside manner!
