Had an emergency. Had sudden hearing loss syndrome. Office was completely empty and the staff would not even try to talk to Doctor to see me. Would not recommend them. Very Very rude staff. The sudden loss syndrome can cause permanent hearing loss if not treated immediately. Was like they did not care if I went deaf.So went to Doctor Maria Compton officeOffice was packed. But they were still able to get me in. DOCTOR MARIE COMPTON CARED THAT I COULD GO DEAFHIGHLY RECOMMEND DOCTOR MARIE COMPTON. 3390 tamiami trail. Suite 201

I had an appointment with Dr..Marmol for my annual check up with my ears. The insurance company requested more information from his office before they would approve a CT scan.I called the office to see if the information was sent the office personnel gave me a curt answer and said they left him a note and they would call me to reschedule an appointment. Its been a month and NEVER received a call back. Time to go where they appreciate a customer.

I’ve heard many good things about Dr. Marmol. So when I made my apt I was happy to wait 2 months. I was called one week prior my apt that they don’t take my insurance.

Dr. Marmol is a kind and very informative doctor and takes his time with you and shows his concerns After seeing all these reviews with negative comments about the staff and issues with appointments insurances or being on hold.. First it is the patients responsibility to know THEIR own benefits NOT the doctors office It says it in your contract READ IT BEFORE MAKING ANY APPOINTMENT second you cant make everyone happy the ones that leave negative reviews are the ones that could not get their way If you catch an attitude you will get one right back You catch more flies with honey than vinegar third being on hold... well its a doctors office a specialist by all means ONE doctor SOLO practice. ITS BUSY he gets overbooked because he is a good dam doctor and the poor man and his staff can only do so much if you dont like it then call elsewhere. I speak for all doctor offices I been going to him for 18 years and will not go elsewhere. Thank you doctor and staff for your service the second most abused business is healthcareMedical services no one understands the stress our medical people go through. Unless you are behind that desk or in their shoes no one will ever understand. Again thank you for your service

Been a pt since 2016 had surgery chronic sinus issues knows his business thorough exam explains everything clearly except for office staff if you feel your getting an infection like my chronic sinus issue they won’t even make an attempt to get you in to see him sorry no appt till next month I was told after explaining I was an established pt with a suspect infection and lots of pain he himself has said to me call me if you think your having an infection what’s the use?? I’m in so much pain I know I have another sinus issue

Called to schedule an appointment receptionist said there are no appointments until May it is February. But no biggie I asked to schedule one anyways. I asked what happens on initial visit she said she didnt know. She said he will just go over questions but no exam will be done. I asked how long until the next appointment she said she didnt know. She seems rather clueless as to what is going on in the office shes working in so I decided not to go with this office and instead find another office that actually knows what theyre doing and can answer simple questions.

Tried calling to schedule an appointment. Very rude girl answered the phone. Claimed to not have gotten my referral and then told me there is no openings for new patients till February 3 months away I said I cant wait that long my situation is semi urgent then proceeded to try and push me off to doctors in Venice and cape coral. Ridiculous

Was very pleased with quick diagnosis and quick follow up with all tests needed. Great knowledgable ENT...

I have a very rare auto immune disease Relapsing Polychondritis after years of misdiagnosis and becoming more ill. It took one glance from Dr Marmol vs. Other Ents to diagnose my condition and know how to treat it. That was 7 years ago now his knowledge and care for his patients essentially saved my life.
